The Front / Rear assist chip was not available when purchasing my Tahoe. I scheduled an appointment for service and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the customer service given by Matthew. He communicated throughout the process. I was fully informed on timing and expectations. I will definitely be utilizing him / his team for any future needs.
After my Appointment I received a call from Lauren making sure I didn't have any further questions/concerns. It's nice to know that Customer Service is a high priority at Garber Chevrolet of Webster.
