Dropped car off for some scheduled service and one problem. Computers were down but everything went smoothly, they took care of everything. Service advisor Ashley was amazing! She listened to details of the problem, made sure she noted everything I needed done, and kept me informed of status throughout the diagnosis and work. All while being one of the most pleasant and cheerful service people I’ve dealt with. I’ve always had good service at Garber Subaru, and Ashley alone is enough to keep me coming back!

While traveling across NY State our vehicle started having trouble. Fortunately we were only 2 miles from Garber Chevrolet in Webster. I say fortunately because their staff turned a bad situation into a great experience. First, thank you to management for allowing us to park our travel tailer while repairs were made. Several members of management and staff checked on us on several occasions. Then I would like to thank Matt Jackson for his leadership in handling our desperate need.
