The service provided here was spot on for my first Subaru experience in the Rochester area coming from the Syracuse area. Although all dealers are managed by different groups it felt to me like the level of care was a direct lateral transition and caused no disarray or confusion when it came to what coverages I have. Ashley in the service department was very professional and compassionate about her job in service. She assured me that whatever the issue was it will be found and that I will be given a loaner car for the period that my vehicle will be in the shop. She even allowed me an opportunity to assess the problem within the garage along side the technician and he walked me through what he believed the source of the problem was coming from. Although Subaru of Rochester & Brockport are closer to where I live. I am happy to say I’d prefer Garber Subaru over the other two. Especially because of how smooth and dependable the service rep sounded over the phone was a big plus on getting me to come to Webster . Thank you again to the entire Garber Subaru team, I’m sure I will return sometime in the future.

Garber Chevrolet of Webster is always fantastic! Most of the time, Matthew Jackson is my service provider, and he is very friendly, understanding, and sensitive to my financial needs. I showed up once -unannounced- with a flat tire, and he quickly calmed my worries by taking my car right back for repair. Matthew always gives me great advice with a variety of options, and he presents the news in a calm, easy for me to understand way. I always feel confident in my service choices.

Jack was able to get me an appt immediately and took my car in without an appt one day. I was given a loaner car each time, which made it so convenient for me. He gave me a very generous discount and my car was beautifully detailed. It’s never been this clean and I had stuff all over the place in there! I’m a Garber customer for life! While I took pictures of how clean my car is, I locked my keys in the car. Jack arranged for someone to try the lockout kit and offered a loaner when that didn’t work. You guys are amazing!!!!! Thank you to everyone!
