I've had the worst customer service experience with them.I called to book an appointment;after waiting on the line for ages,a receptionist finally picked up.I explained I needed to book a vaccination for my dog and she seemed completely clueless about it.Then she hung up on me!Called back,she answered but after introducing myself she hung up on me again!!!Bear in mind I was polite and calm over the phone,so I don't understand her reaction.Never going to that practice again

Fantastic 1st visit for first vaccinations,my Grace was so calm and she enjoyed the treats she was given. Lovely quiet atmosphere, everyone was great, highly recommend x

Spent over £200 on useless testing and appointments that did not help with anything. I ended up having to pay for an emergency operation somewhere else because this vet was useless.

Tried to get an emergency appointment only to be told they don’t have any emergency appointments.. then you should call it something else because I had to go to Goddard in Wanstead over 10 miles away. My poor dog was in pain and had to be put to sleep in the end and they made me travel miles away and pay extortionate prices in their hospital branch. Made my already hard day even harder and expensive having to travel so far away. 2 stars given because my first experience in the last was better but now it’s just like trying to get a GP appointment but costs 10 x as much. Update: avoid and go elsewhere all just there for money and not the animals. I have taken my business elsewhere even after the chat with the complaints team.

They never pick up the phone... after most attempts we were told it is not possible to book an appointment and we need to call in the morning at 8 am..which we did... and they picked up the phone and we were ask if the cat is breathing and we said yes it is not dead.. the second question was if the cat is bleeding to death and we said no.. and we were told this line is only for emergency and they transferred to another line.. and they never answered. ..

Just the best vet practice in London. The receptionists were kind and available. The vet really took the time to listen to us. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

I registered my mini poodle pup at Godard's today and I couldn't be more pleased. The head vet, Dr. Bosco, was so nice and warm; he gave my anxious girl lots of kisses and hugs when treating her stinky ears. My poor girl had an ear infection and doesn't like her ears being touched by strangers but the vet was incredible with her. So glad I registered with them and not another vet I had in mind. I didn't even know this place existed and found them through google!
