I had an appointment this morning for a routine appointment for my dog and I had to wait outside as there was other pets in the practice at the time. I didn't mind because I was early anyway. A customer had to open the door for me..and I walked in and was waiting for the vet to call us. I walked in...I set down and waited for about 7 min and not even once the receptionist even looked at me..no hello no nothing...she didn't even greet me when I walked in. Not even looked at me...I find that very rude and different from all the other staff I have met in there. The only time she actually looked up fro what she was doing was when I was walking out the door....asking if I had to pay...not happy today.....

My cat sky hurt her paw I didn't have a vet at the time called Goddard and they was so kind registered my cat straight away and saw her the same day receptionists was amazing and poppy the veterinary was so friendly and kind what lovely caring people very Professional I can't thank u enough ❤️ what a great team thank u x

Out of all the vets in north London Goddard Bruce Grove is the best. Friendly environment and welcoming smily faces. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Had been a customer with my cats for more than 6 years, after the wonderful in-house vet Bosco left, all changed. My cat was scheduled for a vaccination, and a follow up booster. They cancelled the first appointment as the locum was ill, and when I went for the second appointment I got told to go find a vet as my appointment was a ‘booster’ one. Anyways, pets at home at tot hale saved us, and so did that terrible treatment we received. Now cats are happier, and we are being charged much less. I would avoid Goddards all together.

Amazing, friendly and caring staff at the Tottenham branch. Have looked after my pets so well over the years. The kindness and compassion they show, I would never go elsewhere! Keep up the amazing work you do!

Shame on you! And I am looking forward to remove my 2 dogs registration from your clinic. Took my dog yesterday to the hospital, she vomited again and the hospital team recommended that I should take her for your clinic as emergency! And your answer for your registered dogs WE ARE FULLY BOOKED. Thank you for being a full support for your clients in EMERGENCY TIME. Again SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I was waiting for My appointment for already 4 weeks and then they call le 1 h before my appointment and cancel it had to call again bc i didn't received any calls about rescheduling and again i uave to wait 3 weeks for an 15 min appointment..
