We are still full of excitement from our wedding day on 19.05.2025. Thank you to all of the team involved in planning our special day - Claire, Julie, Karen, Pamela, Scott and Merry! When we decided to get married abroad, we didn’t know where to start but Sunshine Weddings Spain were fantastic at recommending venues and vendors, arranging a tour of venues and separate visit for food tasting etc. We had a church wedding in Marbella Old Town and reception at Finca Amalur and Scott and Merry were there on the day and helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. All of the vendors we chose were just brilliant from photography/videography, florist, hair & makeup, cake, DJ etc. Our wedding planner Pamela was great at communicating and responding to us about each stage of the planning and everything was tracked and updated on a checklist so we could monitor the progress, which made it so much easier and stress free. We had a wonderful and memorable day and all of our guests had a great time! We would definitely recommend Sunshine Weddings Spain to future couples!

Sunshine weddings have been absolutely amazing since day 1 of our wedding planning journey! We started our conversations with Clare who sent us venues, organised visits and helped with the initial booking, and she was brilliant! We looked at venues in both Mallorca and Marbella (another reason why we went for sunshine as they have offices located in both places) as we were undecided, but ultimately we chose Marbella. Then once our venue (Finda Villa Palma) was booked we were assigned Dina as our dedicated planner! Dina had been absolutely amazing for the whole 15 months we’ve been communicating. She’s made the whole process a dream for us, taking all the stress out of the planning but none of the fun! She was quick to respond and get everything sorted, and helped us also with finding venues for our pre and post wedding parties. Massive thank you Dina ❤️ Also a shout out to Scott who is amazing at what he does, and he facilitated an extra visit for us when we were in Marbella on a family holiday despite it being peak wedding season, which was so appreciated as my family were really grateful to be able to see the venue! On our wedding day, both Scott and Dina were at the wedding and they made it all run smoother than we could’ve ever imagined, the ultimate dream team ☺️ We would recommend (and already have!) sunshine weddings to anyone looking for their perfect Spanish destination wedding as you won’t be disappointed! I dont even know where to start but our wedding day was the best day of our lives and that was thanks to the sunshine team. Scott, Zoe, Claire and Mary all helped to make our dream reality. The day just flowed perfectly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Scott was in the background keeping everything going seamlessly and we would just catch a glimpse of him every so often to check we were all ok. We also loved the fact that they gave us time alone and made sure we ate and got to enjoy everything, rather than missing out. I would recommend them a thousand times over! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I never had a particular vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like, but Sunshine managed it to make it a dream come true. From day 1, it felt like we were working with family/friends who were genuinely so invested in making our day as perfect and as special as possible and in making sure that every one of our almost 300 guests had a wonderful time. Above and beyond doesn’t even describe the quality of their services! Scott and Pam in particular are our guardian angels. As a couple, enlisting Sunshine as our planners is the single best wedding planning decision we made. They rolled with every punch and overcame every single obstacle with an incredible amount of grace. We gave them the tough job of planning our large wedding in just 7 months and they just absolutely cleared it. They’re an extraordinary team and assembled a MACHINE of vendors (Deseos Florists, Sana Catering, Nora Photography, Reece Iveson videography, transportation, musicians, etc.) that made the entire day run as smooth as butter—and that’s saying so much because we had over 250 higher maintenance guests. We couldn’t have been in better hands. I’d choose Scott, Pam, and Sunshine Weddings a million times over.

Wow, I am not sure how to quite put into words sunshine weddings and how truly fantastic they are. My husband and I got married on the 11th October in the gorgeous Son Berga, Palma. From start to finish, sunshine weddings have provided the most organised, professional and flawless service. From the venue tour and fantastic, quick communication I knew sunshine weddings were the planners for us. It’s such a big thing placing your trust in someone for your wedding day but sunshine weddings made that decision incredibly easy. My husband and I work very busy jobs and having planners who know the venue, the location and all the best suppliers, everything just felt easy. A huge shoutout to Pam, her fantastic communication and email support was second to none. Pam just got it, she knew my style and us as a couple which just made everything again, much easier. Pam provided incredibly high quality communication with very prompt and detailed responses, nothing was ever too difficult! A second shout out to Nadia, who took us to the venue and for our tasting - Nadia’s experience and knowledge at the tasting & when doing the wedding day sheduele was so valuable to us. Nadia was then with us on the actual wedding day and wow, again I could not have asked for a better support and coordinator. Nadia went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much. She was also a lovely, friendly face for when the nerves hit. We truly cannot thank Sunshine Weddings enough, our wedding day was the best day of our lives. The wedding day was planned to perfection because of sunshine weddings, it ran so smoothly and we did not worry about anything on the day. Finally, a big thank you to Scott. It has been one week since our wedding day and we are still on a high from how great it was, thanks to Sunshine Weddings. We worked with Cicilia on the day-to-day wedding planning over the span of around 11 months - she in Spain, my husband and I from the USA. She was such a pleasure to work with - organised, so friendly and would respond promptly to all of our questions and requests. She made planning a destination wedding so much easier and relaxing. We were assigned Carolyn for our day-of wedding coordinator and she too, was exceptional. All of our last minute worries melted away once we had our first (and last!) in-person wedding meeting with her, 3 days before the wedding day. She knew our venue like the back of her hand and it helped to ensure everything went smoothly. She was there to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time and guide my husband and I throughout the day, so all we had to do was to be in the moment and enjoy it. She was even there to help me take off my heels when I did a dress change - so kind and amazing! We are a Canadian couple who got married in South Spain in October 2024. We came across Sunshine weddings in the very beginning of our planning process. They helped us to find our absolute dream venue, and even negotiated us to be able to bring our dog with us to a normally not dog friendly venue. The entire team as Sunshine weddings went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and to ensure the entire 4 days at the venue went smoothly. I want to specifically call out Laura for her hard work behind the scenes keeping us on track with key things we needed to do/timelines, securing a last minute additional hair dresser to save the day, helping us find amazing vendors, and ensuring the entire day went smoothly. And we want to specifically thank Cas, the wedding coordinator who was not only a kind supportive and warm person to have around, but also sprinted around on the wedding day to solve every problem and keep all the stress away from us. It feels so sad that we won't speak to Laura and Cas regularly anymore, as it felt like they were old friends by the end of the year of working together. The wedding was the best day of our life, it exceeded all of our wildest expectations, and we simply could not have done it without the Sunshine Weddings team.
