Me and my fiancee live in Spain but were still incredibly unsure of where to start when it came to planning a wedding. We hired Sunshine to help us and from Day one they were on top of everything we needed. From providing us with a detailed list of everything we need to do, to putting us in touch with key suppliers that we'd need to put together a perfect day. Came across Sunshine Weddings after we got engaged and were so confident in the photos, reviews and information that we booked our wedding at the Hacienda San Jose without even visiting. Laura was amazing at gradually taking us through the planning process and organising our visit and food tasting. Menu choices were great, amazing choices for hair & makeup, photographers, music and florists. Stayed in constant communication and they were always quick to reply. Our wedding day went so smoothly and all of the providers were familiar with the venue so we didn't need to worry about a thing! Cristina did a great job at coordinating the day.

I don't even know where to start with this, but the only way to describe our beautiful wedding day is literally perfect!! From the very first contact, to viewing venues with Carolyn and then starting wedding planning with Cicilia... all was so easy and we really felt listened to. Cicilia the wedding planner is absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever too much and if I wasn't sure about something, she would make great suggestions. She constantly stayed in touch, everything was "done" way in advance and not once have a felt stressed (even though I thought I would be, planning a wedding in another country)! Everyone from Sunshine Weddings are lovely and the suppliers they provided for our day were all so professional and absolutely incredible. Carolyn led our day and everything went so smoothly, it was literally exactly how we imagined it but even 1000x better! All our guests absolutely loved everything about our wedding and how special it was. I can't thank Cicilia, Carolyn and the rest of Sunshine Weddings enough for the day they've created for us! Would 100% recommend and I'm actually gutted I can't do it all over again.

Had a wonderful experience with Sunshine Weddings. Scott, Laura and Raquel were amazing - responsive, helpful, good judgement, always with great suggestions and such a pleasure to work with! They had a great sense of when to defer to us on something and when to strongly recommend something, based on their experience. On each meeting, I left assured that we were in great hands. On the day Scott and Raquel were such a wonderful support. Everything went so according to plan and the guests all remarked how smoothly everything was.

Helped create our dream wedding. It was a little bit tough planning from the Isle of Man because you had to make on the spot decisions without being able to see things in person/meet someone for awhile but everything went as smoothly as it could’ve done and on the big day we didn’t have to really worry about a thing! Scott is lovely and I have dealt with a few of the other staff who work for Sunshine and they have always been really helpful and understanding especially when I got a little bit stressed and panicked the weeks leading up! Casa Era was a beautiful venue and we are so thankful Sunshine showed us thank you for helping us create our dream wedding, we will never forget this day and wish we could do it all over again time and time again!

Myself and my wife got married in May this year and within a week we wanted to do it all again! We cannot thank Sunshine Weddings enough for their help through the planning process, from the initial emails, to venue visits all the way through to the wedding day. We recently got married in Spain and used Sunshine Weddings. We came across them by chance on Google and I am so glad that we reached out. They went above and beyond ! And really pulled out all the stops. Scott and Dina made everything so easy and nothing was an issue for them! The legal end i had expected to give us a headache but again Dina had it all handled ! Amazing ♥️ Scott was there on the day to ensure everything went to plan and everyone of our guests commented on how professional he was and how comfortable they all felt. The venue itself was Finca Villa Palma and OMG the food and the staff and the views….absolutely unreal! Dj Jade and Joe kept us partying into the small hours and they really catered to the guests! Would highly recommend sunshine for anyone considering getting married abroad. I know we will meet again when we return in the Winter !

When we first decided we wanted to have our wedding abroad in Mijas, we literally had no idea where to start until we came across Scott and his team at Sunshine Weddings. From the first time we met them, we felt so at ease and comfortable with the process of putting an abroad wedding together. It was very apparent early on that they were going to be amazing to work with and is probably why the first venue we seen was absolutely perfect. In the 2 years running up to the wedding from when we first booked it, we worked closely with Laura as our planner in putting our dream day together, whom we could not speak highly enough of! Laura genuinely took the time to understand what we wanted from our wedding and she brought it all to life so perfectly. The attention to detail, professionalism and dedication shown by not only Laura but all the Sunshine Weddings team was truly remarkable and blew us away. Juggling 2 full time jobs and 2 young children at home in Scotland and trying to plan an abroad wedding was surprisingly not stressful at all…in fact it was an absolute joy largely because of all the hard work from the Sunshine Weddings team! Not sure where to begin with how incredibly amazing Sunshine Weddings were with planning our wedding & giving us the best day of our lives!!! We knew we wanted to get married in Spain but were not sure where to start. We enquired with Sunshine who immediately got in touch and Clare sent across a huge range of venues based on our budget and guest volume requirements. Clare was so supportive & receptive to our many emails trying to narrow down what it exactly was that we even wanted, and she was never short of very useful information and advice. Next we flew to Malaga and met with Julie who again was so beyond helpful & friendly and took us to see a couple of venues we had selected with Clare’s help. Again Julie was never short of answers and suggestions and seemed to truly love supporting us. We fell absolutely in love with Casa De La Era in Marbella & booked it that week with Julie’s help. We were then put in touch with Zoe to help us start to plan all of the intricate details. Zoe was beyond helpful and so excited for us, sending across many recommendations of suppliers and helping our vision come to life again. As a very organised and detail oriented couple, we can only imagine that our constant emails and questions was very tasking for Zoe!! Yet she was always so ready to assist & advise, and nothing seemed like a chore. Eventually we had the chance to meet with our main planner Scott when visiting the area again, and we were blown away by how perfectly Zoe had passed across the information and status of our wedding planning to him to assist him in creating our wedding! Scott was so excited and loving and we immediately trusted him with our special day - it is so clear he absolutely adores what he does and this was so reassuring. We felt fully supported by him & Zoe throughout and knew they were the right people to plan our wedding. Fast-forward to our wedding week in August 2024 after another chance to meet with Scott at our food tasting in Nov 2023 and constant communication from Zoe, we met Scott again and his assistant Myrthe for a final time ahead of the big day. Hearing how everything was coming to life and was completely in-hand from Sunshine was just amazing and we were so happy to sit back and relax and leave it to them with no concerns at all!!! And this absolutely came to fruition, with the day running exactly as we imagined from start to finish and not a single problem was had. Scott oversaw absolutely everything and Myrthe & Sam stayed all day to assist with anything we needed. We could write about our day forever as it was utterly perfect and just magical, from the love and reassurance we felt from the Sunshine team, the absolutely flawless venue, suppliers and entertainment they had recommended, and the genuine excitement everyone felt on the day - it was all thanks to them and this process. We would recommend Sunshine to anyone who wants to get married in Spain and have done so already. We even promised Scott we would return and have a drink with him in the near future! If this happens then we would be honoured! Truly the best in the game. From start to finish the team we worked with were amazing and made our experience and wedding perfect. Before the wedding the communication and coordination we received from Dina was amazing.
