5 stars isn’t a limit that could capture all you have done – you gave us the WOW factor and our special day was magical. Throughout the 12 months of planning we simply can’t thank Sunshine Weddings enough for all the work they did leading up to the big day and beyond. Such is their service beyond excellent that they eliminate the stress and make you feel that you are in safe hands which is particularly important when your co ordinating such a big event from the UK. Scott in particular was great to work with - always calm and positive, offering expert advice and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. His team are great too, offering a high level of attention throughout the planning with such an attentive approach. On the day the team were involved in all the key prep ensuring everything was arranged perfectly. This ranged from coordinating the florists, transporting guests to venue and casting an eye over the venue to make sure it looked the best it could. The commitment they show is unparalleled with a meticulous approach to making the day run as smoothly as possible. Our wedding did present big challenges (not of Sunshine Wedding’s making) but Scott and his team made these seem like simple tasks managed in a such a personable and yet professional way. We count ourselves lucky to have chosen this wedding organiser where we walked away not only with a superb service but a friendship. Our wedding day was beyond perfection, absolutely amazing and flawless! Everything was just as we hoped and more. We had our wedding 20th June at SeaSoul Beach club Marbella after planning it with Sunshine Weddings since last October. I can honestly say not only was it the best day of our lives but it’s exceeded all our expectations and dreams thanks to the Sunshine Weddings team who have made everything so accessible, given us so much choice and support and completely understood what we wanted as a couple with regards to our vibe, budget and priorities. Scott is the most enthusiastic supportive leader of an amazing team and I would not hesitate recommending them to any couple looking to get married in Spain. All our guests were stunned by the beauty of our venue, how amazing it looked the food tasted and how not only were the planners but every single member of the venue staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Every single person we had recommended was fantastic Padre Peter gave everyone a brilliant unforgettable service, DJ Jon smashed the party, and Louise did the most beautiful hair and make up. Nahuel the children’s entertainer recommended by Sunshine weddings was so amazing that he kept 18 children captivated for hours meaning the adults could relax even more. I do not know where to start! Myself and Nathan had the best day of our lives and we could not have done it without Sunshine Weddings. I can not fault that team in anyway. From day 1 they were extremely helpful, prompt and so so friendly! I recommend anyone who is wanting to get married to use them - they are fantastic and myself and Nathan can not thank them enough!!

We can't thank sunshine weddings enough for all their help and support throughout the whole wedding process. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly, and I don't know how we could have done it without Raquel on site with us. Her being there, with her calm demenour kept everything running to time, and she made sure my husband and I were where we needed to be. This meant we didn't need to worry or think about a thing and just enjoy it! Our guests also commented on how discrete and professional she was throughout the whole day. Our guests had an amazing time, and we have received comments from them like 'best wedding ever', 'best wedding food we've ever had', 'can we do it all again'. We would highly recommend hiring sunshine weddings - if you want the best wedding ever! Organising a wedding abroad can't always be easy, but with the help from our wedding planner, Justine, and Scott and Raquel it was a stress free process and we left the UK knowing that we would have an amazing time. Justine helped us figure out the food, the decorations (flowers, lighting, parasols etc) the minister, entertainment, the cake and all the other little details! Thanks to all at Sunshine weddings, we couldn't have done it without you!!

A massive thank you to all of the team @ Sunshine weddings. The structure at Sunshine weddings really did make organizing our wedding stress free.... Hannah was very responsive on emails and always available to provide answers/solutions to our queries. A big shout out to Carolyn who was incredible on the day, running back and fourth dealing with suppliers and guests alike. We had such positive feedback from all of our guests also which would not have been possible without all the help from the Carolyn and Hannah. Thank you to Scott also who after just welcoming his baby to the world managed to still meet us before the wedding and go over last minute preparations. We were married on the 27th May 2019 in Finca Villa Palma From the very first contact with Sunshine weddings back in October/November 2017 their support in planning our dream wedding has been invaluable! I had spoken to a number of wedding planners prior to my contact with sunshine weddings, and the interaction with sunshine weddings was completely different. They were so helpful in guiding and advising me as initially I was a very indecisive bride and would go from one extreme to another. Once we had picked the venue I was introduced to Pam who was literally a god send in helping plan a wedding from a different country. Sunshine weddings provided me with different options, price guidance and really understood the type of theme I was aiming for. Like most brides I would change my mind, asking thousands questions, get worried about minute details (that they already had in hand) and they were literally so responsive and helpful - there was not one delay in getting back to me. When I reflect on what the day / run up to the wedding would have been like without the help and support of sunshine weddings I honestly don’t think I could have done it, and I am a super super organised person! I was sitting on my balcony the morning of my wedding with my bridesmaids having the most gorgeous wedding morning, eating breakfast, chilling out, getting ready and thought to myself If I didn’t have sunshine weddings on board I would be running round like a headless chicken now, taking phone calls, organising guests etc etc. They took all this stress away. On the day of the wedding not only did I find Raquel and Scott amazing - but all of our guests have commented on how amazing they were and how the day went so smoothly without a hitch. I was blown away by how everything turned out when I arrived at the venue, it exceeded my expectations and every single guests has commented on how beautiful everything was. I am still pinching myself now at how beautiful it was and how everything just went so so perfect! All of their links to florists, singers, musicians, catering, equipment hire, priest etc etc were spot on and worked with us on what we wanted from the day. I would recommend to any bride getting married abroad to use sunshine weddings and factor it into your budget it is worth its weight in ensuring that your day is everything you have ever dreamed of. On a trip to Spain in March 2018 we decided last minute to check out venues for our May 19 wedding. We had googled planners in the area and up came Sunshine Weddings we contacted them and got a reply from Susie who was so helpful and said we could view 2 venues the very next day. The next day came and we went to see the venues, Finca Villa Palma based up the mountain over looking Marbella took our breath away even though it was foggy and raining. We agreed this is where we needed to get married. Once we got home we contacted them and got the ball rolling. In time we were introduced to our wedding planner Hannah. Any idea or question we put fo Hannah she always answered it or got an answer for you. I'm sure we weren't the easiest to deal with due to our lack of communication at times. We were given a checklist made out in excel and this is for both parties to keep tabs on progress and at a later stage your seating plan and table arrangements its so simple to follow. Emailing back and forth sometimes can feel very impersonal but we made another trip over in January this year to do our food tasting. Meeting Scott and Sharon was great its nice to be able to talk face to face about the planning. We felt more at ease going forward. At this meeting all the runnings of the day were gone through this gave us the time to be able to iron them out once we were home but have a picture as to the way the day would pan out. The emails continued back and forth with decisions to be made and introductions to the Minister/Dj/Hairdresser etc. The time was getting closer and the excitment was building and even though an email might come in asking your decision on this it felt as though they were sharing your excitement and rather than giving them your decision it was like you were texting your friend explaining what you wanted for your wedding. The day came and it was amazing. Everything flowed nicely just like Scott's running of the day tab on excel. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We can never thank Hannah, Sharon & Scott for their patience because god knows they needed it, their professionalism and the making of one of the most important days of our lives. We got married at the Hacienda San Jose in Mijas on 27th April 2019 and honestly, I could not recommend Sunshine Weddings highly enough. From the very first emails exchanged right up to the wedding day and everything in between they were incredible. Our first point of contact was Susie, who was really knowledgable and so helpful when we were trying to find our perfect venue. I told her the estimated size of the wedding and what we wanted from it and she recommended the about 3 venues around Spain. Immediately we fell in love with the Hacienda just from the photos and Susie happily set up a viewing for us to coincide with a holiday we had planned. When we went to view the venue we met with Angel who was so lovely and helpful, and very patient with our little boy who was only about 9 months at the time. We were shown the venue and I can’t stress enough how much the photos don’t do it justice. The venue is absolutely stunning! The views are incredible, the sheer size is incredible, there’s so many little areas where you can get some alone time and plenty of communal space for everyone to enjoy such as the pool and bbq area. Honestly, we were so in awe with it that my husband turned to me when we were alone and said “are you sure we can afford this?”. We couldn’t believe it was within our budget. It took us a grand total of about 1.5 seconds to confirm that it was the venue for us and we ask Susie to book it for us. From that point we were then introduced to our wedding planner, Justine. Justine was so helpful from the get go. She had a checklist set up for us with everything we would need for the day including estimated prices and was really great at giving suggestions on suppliers. I never felt at any time during the planning process that things were rushed, Justine just knew exactly when everything should be done and made sure to give me a little nudge if there was something I’d forgotten to reply to her about. Having Justine in charge of everything made it feel like I wasn’t even planning a wedding, it was so stress free and relaxed. Justine organised a 2nd visit for us so that we could see the venue again, do a menu tasting and meet with Scott and Sharon who would be running things in Spain on the day. The menu tasting was excellent and I’m glad we did it as things I hadn’t considered having for the meal/canapés I changed my mind once I’d tried them. Meeting Scott and Sharon was great, they ran through the entire day with us and how everything would work, and helped us to work out how much alcohol and soft drinks etc we would need. On to the weekend of the wedding - we met with Scott and Sharon again the day before the wedding just to run through everything one last time and make sure we were totally happy. On the morning of the wedding Sharon arrived early to make sure everything was set up as we wanted it and made sure the day ran so smoothly. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I honestly don’t think our day could have gone any better, it was just incredible. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. For anyone thinking about planning their wedding in Spain, please go with Sunshine Weddings, you will not regret it!
