This is such a wonderful surgery. So many wonderful members of staff. Richard is an excellent vet who works hard to reassure and give the best care to your pet. Shauna is marvellous and always strives to make sure you're comfortable. She rings back and checks in when you've visited and is so kind and always ready to lend an ear. Thanks to Holly and Danielle too, they always listen and fit you in when you're in need. Thank you.

I took my cat to Goddards Vets today, and I was seen by Richard.
Richard was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Richard put me at complete ease, after carrying out a full assessment and provided me with differential diagnoses. Richard is very caring and compassionate about the animals in his care. I left feeling completely satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending Richard to my friends and family. After using a multi chain Vets localy and being very disappointed after every visit I will not be returning there. My two kittens are in good hands. D

Our puppy have had few adventures that have ended up with visits to Richard.
Whole team always think of pet first and always avoid unnecessary stress for them.
