We have used Goddard’s at Gidea Park for many many years. We go there because we trust Richard (The Vet), the service is always impeccable, the staff treat our Finn as if he was their own. We always get great advice whether by phone or if we pop in. Never a problem getting fast appointments, no waiting around. A very caring practice indeed. Can't thank Richard and his team enough for their kindness and attentiveness when caring for my dog Florence today.
Despite the fact they were fully booked and we didn't have an appointment we were able to have a face to face consultation, tests and treatments all completed today.
This isn't the first time they have gone above and beyond. You guys are the best.

I have to say me and my family have dealt with Richard for over 7 years and he helped us out last week when our animal was attacked and got him in the same day. This is the difference why we have stay with this practice, a personal service with a family feel.

I have been using this vets for 5 years and the service and care has always been amazing. Recently our cat needed urgent treatment for an injury and was given a same day emergency appointment which prevented the infection from getting worse. Richard was fantastic as always and the aftercare from the team has been outstanding. Thank you!

Exceptional service again from Richard and his team. I was able to get my cat, Alsie seen within the hour which was a great relief as she was in pain. Richard and his team are always reliable and caring and it is very reassuring that we can get an appointment when needed.

Goddard Vets is brilliantly run. I have never had any problems here at all and all staff are very friendly and useful. You can tell that the staff really care about the animals and owners. Could not fault this vets at all!

My dogs had an accident today and cut his stomach pretty deep on a walk. I called them and they took him in straight away, the same day he was home with me. Couldn’t ask for better service they are passionate about the animals and you can tell they love what they do.

My has just finished diagnostic treatment for his heart murmur, and I just wanted to quickly come on and say how great the team are here.
They’re extremely efficient in how they run things and ensuring you’re booked in within a prompt time frame, and so good with all their communication both before and after any appointments. I truly feel my cat is in the best hands possible, as Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and the team are so kind and helpful to any queries you may have.
Cannot recommend this vets enough, and we will be sure won’t be changing anytime soon
