Further to my previous review regarding Goddards at Gidea Park; as my cat Whiskers was still a little poorly, I contacted the surgery again and was given further medication without the need to take Whiskers back in , as Richard the vet (Mark as I had previously posted, is his surname!) had already examined her and was aware of her case and the next steps needed. Early days yet but feel there is already an improvement. Always a good service here with your pets welfare the priority.

Both my cats (Binks and Gizmo) needed dental treatment recently.
Richard and the team at Goddards were fantastic in taking care of them. Getting 2 cats to the vets can be quite a stressful experience!
You can tell everyone here really genuinely cares, and it is more than "just a job". I can't recommend them highly enough.

Goddard Vets in Gidea Park have been looking after my cat Whiskers for some time now. The practise offers an excellent service and have always been helpful when I have phoned for advice or assistance and have on more than one occasion been able to squeeze us in for a consultation when I have had particular concerns (as I did today). Mark, the vet is great with Whiskers and she responds well to him, allowing him to examine her thoroughly and weigh her. I am confident that Mark provides the best advice and treatment for her and I would take her to no other practise.

Goddards gidea park always seen on time and treated my Daisy well. She is not an easy dog, when she had a emergency she was seen promptly and problem dealt with quickly. Richard has also helped me gain confidence with my dog.

We have been with Goddard Vets in Gidea Park since our dog Winnie was 2 months old. Richard and the staff team are kind, caring and efficient. Winnie is very well looked after by the practice , she is promptly seen whenever needed. Richard and the staff explain to us in detail any health concerns and the rationale behind any recommended treatment plan including pros and cons. Highly recommended.

We moved to Goddard's in Gidea Park after our previous vets had been negligent. I can honestly say Richard saved our cat's life! Such a professional and knowledgeable man and the banter is an added bonus. Everyone is lovely and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been taking our dog to Goddard in Gidea Park for 14 years and would honestly not go anywhere else. Our dog was very poorly recently and Richard went above & beyond to treat her and also to reassure us along the way. Richard and the nurses kept in constant contact with us during her recovery which was so very much appreciated. Whenever we have had any concerns the staff always ensure that a message is given to Richard asap and whenever it has been necessary an emergency appointment has been allocated within a couple of hours. We really cannot recommend this Veterinary Practice enough!

Moved to this vet after bad experiences with 2 previous local vets. I can not fault these guys, I have had a complicated issue with my elderly dog and Richard has gone above and beyond to do as much as he can for him, whilst keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, appointments are always on time and the reception team always do their best to get the earliest avaliable appointment, which is never more than a few days away. 10/10, will never be using another vet again!
