Goddards Gidea Park is fabulous and I have been with them for many years. My 3 beautiful Maine Coones are always so well looked after when I take them there.
Richard and the all the nurses are all so kind, professional, understanding and incredibly helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Very often I call and they see me/cat that evening or the next day.
I never have issues when I ask about price of the treatments. In fact the pricing is always transparent and I am informed up front.
Richard is always so thorough with my all cat's health needs. I could'nt have any more confidence and trust in his practice.
The whole team are credit to Veterinary practice!!!

We’ve been with Richard and the team at Gidea Park for years and always received the most excellent service. Today was no exception, we got an emergency appointment for our little chihuahua who was struggling with her breathing, and was given a clear and transparent course of treatment. Thank you so so much to Richard and the team for managing to fit my cat Lola in as an emergency this evening. To come home from work to find your cat injured is so stressful and the day is nearly over ringing Goddards at 4pm for them to fit her in by 6 and help with her injury by 7 pm and home was amazing. It’s good to have vets that have some flexibility for an animal in stress always makes you feel at ease and not to have to travel far to find another vets that will help last minute. Would never go to any other vets been coming here for nearly 4 years now and have always been helpful even at last minute before they close. Highly recommended.

Our cat got hurt two days ago, and an appointment was available at the end of the week, but later on, Richard and his team managed to find us an appointment the very next day!
We are very grateful as the small wound started to be infected.
We moved to Gidea Park less than a year ago, we dealt with other Goddard branches, and it's fair to say, it is with the Gidea park we had the best experience with.
The nurses are always kind and available if we have any questions.
Richard knows how to make the customers at ease, and we can definitely see he is very experienced.
All the surgeries on our cat went well,
all his advice was accurate and very helpful
Prices were also mentioned before anything was done, while he was examining our cat and paperwork is always clear, so no bad surprises
I highly recommend this brand and a big thank you to the team for their hard work

Thank you so much to Richard and team for seeing us today. We were worried for our elderly cat who had an eye issue and we were very concerned. We were fitted in and given an appointment on the same day as calling which gave us the reassurance we needed to have him checked over and advice given as always in a calm/ professional and friendly manner with time taken to discuss the issue and options to treat.
Fees always available to discuss to ensure as customers we are aware of costs prior to any treatment / medication etc.
Appreciate you seeing us today as we were so worried and you have alleviated that.

My partner just took our dog there. He said it was £61 when she got to the counter she was charged£202. When she checked the bill they was charging extra for creams. One of the creams they was charging £63. You can buy for £23. They are taking the micky out of people

Dr Marks and the whole team at Goddard are fantastic. We have always managed to secure appointments when needed and they have even been able to fit us in at short notice. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Our dog hurt his paw over the park. We phoned and within 60 minutes Richard managed to fit us in even though they were very busy. Wish all vets were like this!!!
