I bought kids mattress from the hoppers crossing shop 4 years back and we were happy with it. In lockdown 2020 we had to order another one so we just got it online the same mattress knowing its a good one. When it was delivered it had stains so upon calling mattress factory they replaced the stained mattress. We got a new mattress which My kid was complaining that its very bouncy and not enough support. So I called the customer care again after a little back and forth via emails they agreed to swap mattress once more time without charge. Finally my kid has a super nice mattress and I am overall very happy with the service I received. Thank you Pauleen and team for helping us.
