After shopping around for a Mattress at all the big brands this was the only business where the team seemed genuinly interested in my needs over their own. They were more than happy to invest the time to educate us on what types of mattresses would be suitable to how we sleep and why, and at no stage was price in their vocabulary. It was all about our comfort and the benefits of each mattress style. The closer was the fact that we were supporting a locally owned family business. Amazing Service, Product and Warranties. After all we learnt, we have never slept better!

Having shopped around I wasn't expecting much when I walked in but I got to say the level of customer service was WAY better than what was offered elsewhere. The mattress I got, the "Cloud 9 Visco Flex" has been an absolute dream!! Thanks once again to the team at Chiropedic Mt Alexander :)
