I had a really great experience here. The customer service was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I got a great quality mattress for my daughter who is moving into her 'big girl' bed. Very reasonable prices and I like that it is a local family business. We will definitely be back.

We bought our single mattress from the Essendon DFO store and were served by Alex who was super friendly and knowledgeable. The mattress was ready within 2 days of purchase and is super comfy. The mattress was delivered free which was brilliant as usually you have to factor in delivery costs aswell. The only feedback i have was that i requested to be contacted 30mins prior to delivery and this never happened. Luckily i was home when it was delivered but to expect a customer to be home from 11am to 3pm which is essentially the whole day is not a reasonable request. Would definitely recommend them to others.
