We went to the Essendon store as l had read a really positive review of the staff and the store. We purchased a mattress but unfortunately realised that it was a bit too soft so lucky for the 100day exchage policy, we were able to exchange our mattress for a firmer one and my husband & l are very happy with the new one we've chosen! Thanks to the team at CMFD Essendon for their professional service!

The sales assistant was brilliant. She suggested a few different options but ultimately left the decision to myself. She wasn't pushy like competitors. We also had a very polite delivery guy who was courteous and called to apologise and advise he was running late. Cannot fault them.
