We recently purchased a new mattress and bed base from Chiropedic Mattress in Ballarat. After shopping around at other competitors, we couldn't believe the price difference. We found the pricing at Chiropedic Mattress Direct to be much cheaper yet quality was not compromised. We initially purchased an Elite Gel firm King Plush mattress but as that I was unsure whether to go with the firm or medium due to back problems. and arthritis. Fortunately they offer a return/replacement if it does not suit, and for us, the firm was a little too firm for my liking. We asked to replace with Medium and they were happy to deliver a replacement to us. We had a little hiccup with one of the drawers on the base of the bed, but this was rectified promptly. Since we have the new medium mattress, I just cant believe the difference in pain levels. I no longer wake up in the morning sore (due to spinal arthritis) and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. I had been sleeping in such an old horrible mattress for so long, I didn't realise how good a mattress can be. I also love the height of the mattress compared to our old one and I love getting into bed at night (only downfall is I dont want to get out!) Overall the service was very good, and although there were some minor issues with the order to start with the staff at head office, were more than willing to assist and resolve the issue. Debbie at the Ballarat shop was also very good, great customer service, great product all round. Have already been recommending this to others.
