Great staff, kind and caring. Felt I was heard and understood. Highly recommend. Explained everything thoroughly. I have been having severe back and leg pain for a long time and finally feel hopeful for relief and to be able to do the things I love to do and regain my quality of life.
Pain issues addressed during week three by calling office with wonderful results.
4 weeks post surgery visit with Dr and questions answered. Very happy with outcome of this life changing surgery and looking positively to the future. Thank you Dr. Gaard and staff!

MD West One is beautiful facility. Clean, bright and welcoming almost like a hotel lobby. The check in process was quick and easy. Wait time was prompt and the PA was very knowledgeable and very nice. Overall great experience.
