From my initial appointment with Dr. O’malley to my postop appointment today, I have nothing but good things to say. Everything has gone very smoothly and seemingly with the patient’s best interest at heart. What I’d like to put an emphasis on is the aftercare after my surgery. Being able to call and speak to a nurse with questions after surgery was a large part of the reason I give five stars! Regardless of how simple the question was, the nurses were always happy to answer after I went home and the one time I had a callback from the on-call doctor, the call was returned to me in a very timely fashion, the on-call doctor was friendly and helpful and to me that means so very much especially in the world we live in today! I will be returning in the fall to replace my other knee and I will always highly recommend MD West One, the doctors, nurses, staff and the surgical center!

As always Dr McCarthy does a great job letting me know what’s happening and explaining to me my health problems. His bedside manner is alway Top Sheft! He treat you like family. I’ve been seeing him for a number of years and highly recommend him and MD West One.

Very organized management. Each time I have never felt rushed by Dr. Gart. He includes me in the decisions.
Have now had 2 craniotomies with Dr. Gart. He is excellent at his craft, putting me and grown children at ease. He is very positive and encouraging but also realistic regarding what results will be. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 12 on a scale of 1-10.

I have Dr. Music as my doctor, he is wonderful!
He did my neck infusion and plate the healing process has been very good my scar in my neck looks great. I had my 3 mo check up just the other day and its infused wonderfully. I am having other issues and he's right on top of it, doing another MRI and an inside out x-ray type scan to see why I'm having pain yet that just recently started back up.
I do have a history of chronic pain, arthritis, bursitis and now 2 dr this year have told me I have fibromyalgia. So we are doing the MRI and scan for this reason.
I couldn't ask for a better doctor, his P.A Dr. Miller is fabulous as well.
I highly recommend both anytime.

Those helping me were very professional. Dr O'Malley was great, personable and kind. I trust him and his recommendations. This was my second visit. The first visit was the same except for the receptionist in the second window. I felt ignored while standing waiting for her to acknowledge me. And she was rude when she finally looked at me.
So my first impression wasn't good but the rest of the visit went well.
