I got in for my appointment a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. Dr. Doran took the time to listen to my symptoms and ordered tests. Very friendly staff, nurse Lynne was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in the office. I feel comfortable about the plan for tests, then go from there depending on results.

Went in for pain in right foot. They took x-rays and took the time to explain everything. Very professional and courteous. Not the out come I wanted but understood.

I was checked in quickly. I was called back to the room within four minutes. And then I almost passed out and they sent me over to the ER. I give them way over 100%. They were excellent and concerned about me. I would recommend them.

The PA (Chris) was friendly, professional, and very informative. Dr Rosipal was extremely great . He asked a lot of questions, he listened to me. He wants to try a hydrocortisone injection and PT before considering surgery. We clicked very well .
The entire atmosphere was upbeat and positive. I never felt like “just another patient”. The building was beautiful- extremely clean. I would very much recommend MD West 1

First time at the new 192 st office. Very beautiful place. Staff was very friendly and got me checked in right away. I was called right on time, once in the Dr Office the PA was quick and thorough. My Dr then came in not too long after that. The entire experience was great.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to the medical exam room. The doctors/PAs were very professional, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, explained all of my options and the injection procedures I was going to have. I have never had injections in my feet, so I was a tad uneasy, but the PA (sorry I don’t remember her name) did such a great job that I didn’t have any pain during the injections. That really impressed me as all I felt was a little prick for the lidocaine shot. I highly recommend MD West One for their friendliness, care, concern, professionalism, competency, and their bedside manner, which was stellar. Kudos to you all on a job well done!! Keep up the good work!! :)
