My husband saw Dr Keiser. He was very thorough and explains everything well. He takes his time and we were not rushed. Very kind and caring. I would rate him well above 5 stars.

I used the Urgent Care option. The check in representitive was caring and very helpful. My condition was assesed quickly and I was seen and treated by the doctor in a reasonable time.

Fue una experiencia como nunca la he tenido son profesionales saben hacer su trabajo ala perfección estoy muy agradecida con la atención y el trato que recibí de todo el personal, tengo 4 cirugías 3 en diferentes lugares y esta última en este lugar y es la mejor experiencia en mis cirugías que he tenido a mi cirujano y enfermeras mil gracias por su bonito trato pero sobre todo le doy las gracias al que para mí es el mejor anestesiólogo sufro de problemas con la anestesia pero con él simplemente no sufrí nada el mejor de los mejores anestesiólogos recomiendo el lugar en mi experiencia al 100%☺️

I have been pleased with the care at MD West ONE. I feel I have received efficient and honest care but it is always so timely. I am in and out in a short amount of time and I so appreciate that as well. They respect my time which some clinics don't seem to do. I would recommend MD West ONE.

Brand new facility convenient location. Pleasant roomy reception area. They have an excellent system to manage patient visit. Dr. Pittner is experienced orthopedic surgeon. Explained the problem clearly. Along with options. His nurse assistant was very attentive to my queries. The receptionists were engaging (not indifferent). It doesn’t appear to be a ‘factory.’ They have a rehab store within the building. And ann experienced previous EMT that assists the MD w optimum treatment gear. And this was bad. Have heard great things about Dr Pitner from friends who were treated by him and His assistant Caroline.

MD West One- Fountain Ridge is very welcoming as soon as you open the door. I've known Dr Otterberg for many years, I get excellent care. I would not go anywhere else.
