I was having mobility issues this day but they had wheelchairs available for my use. The check in staff was fabulous and made me feel welcome. Doctor wanted a new X-ray of my leg and that was done quickly and with care for my comfort. Dr Mantone spent time with me and showed concern about my current issues. Wonderful experience.

Was referred to MD West one from another clinic where I was seen for my hip. I was able to get in right away and was seen by PA Julie and Dr Doran . I really liked them both. Julie took time to listen to my complaints and found cause and the same for Dr Doran. I’ve been to several doctors to try to find the cause of my pain, Vein specialist and hip specialist but I think I may finally get the relief and solution to my issues. I would recommend them both

The whole experience was awesome. I was scheduled for an appointment one day out. The nicest, caring staff-from the very courteous registrar, xray techs, Hailey PA & Dr. Otterburg. I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful Orthopedic group.

The only downside was the wait—I waited almost an hour to be seen. The rest of the visit was great. Staff friendly, doctor explained things very well.

I was attended to right away in the lobby. Dr Keizer really listened to me as well as explained my options. Dr Keizer ordered a x ray and it was very quick. All of the staff were kind and very professional.

I can not say enough about this great place. Dr. McMullen and the staff there is amazing. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. McMullen explains everything in detail so you know exactly what he’s going to do.

Super friendly and just a fun atmosphere all around. Dr McCarthy has been one of my favorites for years. Remembered my name and what I do from the last time I saw him 7 years ago. He performed a hand and shoulder surgery on my back in 2011 that I haven't had issues with since. Super staff and awesome Dr.
