Delicious fresh food and fun variety on the menu! We had the tuna lettuce wraps, the bruschetta appetizer and the steak, all of which were delightful. The steak is a smaller portion, but the bruschetta is very generous so it balanced out and we left satiated. Our server, Brandon, was helpful and gave some great recommendations!

Great place for healthy food, and they have several options for those who are vegetarians and gluten sensitive. Our server Brendan was very attentive and worked fast when we let him know we were on a time crunch.

I’ve been here many times and all of my friends and family who come for the first time are always impressed with the quality of the food here.
However today, we had wonderful service from Brandon. He was extremely patient with my family who is visiting from out of state and have health concerns who asked many questions about the dishes, the ingredients, etc. He was kind, caring, and attentive.

One of my favorite places for an easy dinner with friends or a lunch spot to take my kids. I have a ton of food allergies and sensitivities, this is one of the few places I can eat without getting sick. Their staff is educated to deal with food allergies. Food is also fresh and delicious. Fun drinks. Reasonable prices. I could eat the squash soup everyday (seasonal item).

I like the clean food at this restaurant. It's in the Rio complex and is a mini chain - generally strikes against it, but the quality seems good here despite those 2 attributes. Service was average and pretty slow on a slow night. Parking is free but a bit tight.

Finally was able to stop by True Food Kitchen at Rio for lunch. It has been on my list of places to visit, and we were finally able to stop by and enjoy lunch.
The restaurant is very open and I really love all the windows and bright colors. Regardless that it was Monday, and the beginning of lunch service, it really felt like no one was "on top of you" and that you had plenty of room around you. I really liked the openess of the entire space.
I did make a reservation, but that was not necessary for today. Rio as a whole was not that busy.
Gizelle was our waitress and able to explain the whole concept of the restaurant and food to us. Since there are no fountain drinks I tried the Peach Lemonade which was actually pretty good. Gizelle was a very attentive server and checked in frequently to make sure we were okay.
My wife has been here several times and recommended the Herb Hummus. Gizelle recommended extra Pita which was an excellent suggestion. I allso had the Roasted Butternut Squash soup which was garnished with Sage. I love Butternut Squash Soup and this did not disappoint.
For the main entrees we had the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap and the TFK Original Chicken Sandwich. We both had a side of Kale Slaw. My Chicken Sandwich was delicious with BBQ sauce and other toppings. My wife enjoyed her Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps which she frequently gets here. Neither of us was a big fan of the Kale Slaw, but that is 100% us and not a reflection of the restaurant. I just wanted to try it.
Overall a great meal. In and out pretty quickly for a sit down restaurant. I will come back again and try some of the other freshly made dishes.
