I've walked past this place dozens of times and always wondered about it. Now, I know and it deserves the prime location it sits on. It is a sit-down place with the possibility of dining outside along Rio's pond and plenty of room inside. They have a long list of cocktails and wines.
Their menu specializes in seasonal faire so it changes depending on the time of year. It also caters very well to vegan and gluten free diets. I really struggled with the decision of what to get. Between the charred cauliflower, lasagna Bolognese, the winter vegetable salad, and the pesto pasta, most of the menu looked fantastic.
We had their guacamole and edamame with what looked like very large and thin crackers. The zucchini casserole was zoodles under a lovely tomato sauce and melty cheese. The forbidden poke was ahi sashimi bits with a citrus sauce on top of forbidden rice with more edamame and a smear of avocado along the bowl. It had notes of thai basil in each bite.
