I stayed at one of their cabins in September for my mother in laws 70th bday and it was everything we hoped for and more. They had it nice and clean and you can even notice the appliances were upgraded. Staff was amazing about answering all my questions and made it very convenient by texting me with notifications.

We stayed at 1685 above it all, and it it was exactly as advertised. It was amazing our stay. Beautiful house, amazing view. Home was clean, organized, kitchen well stocked. Overall it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book again.

The whole experience from start to finish was fast easy and very enjoyable. From checking in I was greeted very welcoming addressing all my needs and questions. The house I rented was SO beautiful and big . My oldest son is in the military so this was our first family trip it was so fun and made SO many memories lots of laughs . The house was very spacious rooms big with very comfy beds The only thing wish ALL bedrooms had TVs but other than that will DEFINITELY come back

The Sunrise cabin certainly lives up to it's name as it offers the most spectacular sunrises from every room and the spacious deck. The cabin was perfect and I can't wait to return.

Great stay. House was very clean and even better than the pictures. Staff responded promptly when we let them know our propane tank was out by delivering a full tank in 10 minutes. Highly recommend using Big Bear Vacations.
