Wonderful location, great house and lot and was perfect for our dog to run around. The only thing I would have improved was to have a few more kitchen towels, it was not easy to only have one towel with cooking and clean up. Otherwise the property was great.

I had the most wonderful experience at this property! Lidia help us get settled in and took great care of us. The service at this place is expentional and so are it’s staff. My friends and I recently visited Big Bear for the first time. Although it wasn’t snowing we had a great time. We were all amazed by our cabin. It was comfortable, spacious, very organized, nicely decorated with bears, and clean. The location was perfect, it was close to all the activities we did. I would say that the hot tub was the cherry on top. Next time I visit Big Bear, I will definitely stay at this cabin

A very nice place for a family or group of friends. (I came with 8 year-old and 12 year-old sons). Very short walk (1 mile) to the slopes (including ticket window and rental shop). All necessary kitchen amenities -- more than expected. Nice and warm when heater and two fireplaces (gas -- no need to buy or collect wood) are turned on. Plenty of amusement items have been collected over the years -- board games, foos ball, books, TV, VCR, satellite/cable. Would definitely request to stay at that venue again when we return to Big Bear.

I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled across Shore Acres Lodge in my search for a wedding venue and lodging for my guests. We were able to provide beds for 50 of our guests and host over 100 for our wedding. It was simple, beautiful, and so much fun. If you're looking for a comfortable yet lovely setting for your events, I highly recommend booking with Big Bear Vacations and staying at Shore Acres in particular. The cabins are older but well maintained. They've updated everything that matters while preserving the aged, rustic charm of the 100 year old cabins. The management of the lodge and Big Bear Vacations were wonderfully accomodating and helpful. We will be back, without a doubt.
