The time we spent in Big Bear was enjoyable. The cabin however could have been more comfortable. Our issues we're with the bed, which seemed to be the cheapest possible mattress. The pillows were not any better and the hot water, even though set on high, did not produce more than warm water. The cabin itself was nice.

Big bear vacation rentals are awesome! My friends and I had a great experience. Easy check in process and very flexible. They let us check out late for a fair price! Highly recommend to anyone visiting big bear for a quiet getaway.

This is a great place to stay with your kids! Close to the lake and to eat breakfast. Private BBQ grill is awesome. The people at the main office are very kind and helpful too. :)

The cabin was very cozy and cute. Extremely comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway.
The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and checked us in quicker than I've ever seen.
I definitely plan on returning to Big Bear Vacations for future getaways.

A wonderful getaway for the family. Kids loved fishing and boating in the lake. So much more to do but we ran out of time. Will definitely come back.

We are always happy , with how we are treated at Big Bear Vacations. We have chosen this particular home, for the second time. The fenced yard is very secure for our fur babies. Everything is ready to go and clean, when we arrive. Refrigerator and everything ready to go. We also, like that we can use the garage for one car. Washer and Dryers are in garage, if important to you. We don't worry about any of that. I guess, if you stayed longer than a few days. We love this smaller home, and it is so cozy and safe for pups. five stars.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed with Big Bear Vacations and every time it has been amazing. We have always picked a new cabin for a different experience and love it. We love that they are pet friendly for a small fee. The welcome and guest check is easy and friendly. And the Groupon deal an extra bonus! We will be back again and definitely recommend them!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin we rented, Timber Wolf Den. Diane found us a great home, the rest of the staff was wonderful to work with. The home was spacious and comfortable. We all loved the hot tub! The kitchen had almost everything we needed and having a pantry and washer/dryer was an unexpected bonus. Close to downtown for the great Wine Walk

This was our second stay at Shore Acres Lodge. The check-in at the Big Bear Vacations office went smoothly with very enthusiastic and pleasant help. We were given several coupons also. We loved our cabin, #110 - roomy, comfortable, with a great shower. The cabin is right on the lake giving us a terrific view. Played a ton of horse shoes with family members who also used the pool. All in all it was a great place to stay.
