Dr. Bassi has offered a great way for people to have an appointment in the privacy & comfort of their own home. Dr. Bassi listens to me, is very helpful & is knowledgeable to treat my illness. Dr. Bassi and I had a very insightful conversation during our first meeting. He seems very down to Earth and it's been easy to develop a rapport with him. I've even had to make an unusual request off him with which he was very helpful but also frank in explaining the difficulty of the situation. In turn I would say he created a good balance of boundaries and trustworthiness that I value greatly with a doctor patient relationship.
