His excellent work and positive attitude brought me through cascading failures brought on when I dropped my tablet and then my phone. i had brought my phone in because the screen completely went dark, and left my phone at the store to run diagnostics. just a couple hours later, i received a call that i could pick up my phone if i could be there soon, because the store had already closed and wouldn't open the next day. the employee who helped me out, (i believe his name was Said, i'm so sorry if i spelled it wrong) not only went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, but my phone screen was replaced flawlessly and extremely fast. thank you so much, i'm so grateful!
