Brought my iPad in today looking for an answer as to why it wouldn't boot up properly and the screen would immediately go black. I was greeted by Owen, and I explained the situation and he knew right away what was causing the problem. He was professional, friendly and extremely efficient in fixing the problem. I've used this company in the past and will, without hesitation, again when the need arises. This place is a GEM!!

I went to the st Anthony location expecting an expensive repair after breaking the charger in the port of my iPad. Ben K. was extremely helpful and able to remove the charger from the port! He didn’t charge me for the removal either! I will do all of my repairs with Gophermods from now on and recommend them to anyone who needs repairs! So much better then going to the Apple store!

I asked for estimates from several companies and while some included the price, others gave me numbers to call or no details about the actual repair. Gophermods gave me a price estimate, locations and hours, time frames and also a warning that it might cost more if my lcd was broken. I went in the next day and the service was so friendly. Kai explained everything perfectly, checked me out and gave me a receipt and time estimate. I was quoted up to 3 days which was in my opinion a really great turnover time especially given the price. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got a call later that afternoon that it was ready! When I came to get my device they did a full inspection of the device with me to show functionality. Even on parts they didn’t fix. As a clutz I’ve repaired plenty of screens before, this was by far the superior experience of them all! I highly recommend gophermods!
