The folks at Gophermods are fantastic. I have an iPhone 8s that I cracked a while ago within the first couple of hours that I owned it. I had not yet received a case for it and it just slipped right out of my hand. I took it in for a new screen and they did a great job. However I noticed that the screen was starting to delaminate. At first I thought it was bubbles under the screen protector. Unfortunately I travel quite a bit and just didn't have a chance to get into Gophermods. Finally I decided that I would head to the closest location near the airport when my flight landed. I went to the Eagan store and Tanner looked me up in their system. I was actually just outside of the warranty period but Tanner took care of me! In about 1.5 hours they completely replaced my screen and the protector. My phone looks great and is working fine. So many businesses would just say sorry, you need to pay up. But they really value customer service and do what it takes to keep people coming back. I know that I will have a device that needs servicing in the future. Heck, I have kids with phones and iPads. i will never go anywhere else! Thanks Gophermods!

Thoroughly impressed! This place is clean the techs know what they’re doing and they’re super friendly and helpful. I came in with a cracked screen they got me sorted out same day for a very competitive price. I came back six months later needing another screen repair and they fixed it same day covered under my warranty. No trying to trick you out of extra money or waste your time. I would go here again and again rather than dropping 1000 bucks on a new phone.

What I really liked about Gophermods Eagan is the people working there. They are completely transperant and take complete ownership of the devices that are handed over to them for repairs. They respect the time of their customers and provide continuous updates till the device is fixed, tested an delivered. It's young ,energetic and motivated team , who really know about the what they are doing.

I've been trying to avoid replacing mobile phones and computers as a means to reduce my own waste and impact on the environment-- and Gophermods @ IDS Center made MIRACLES happen! John and the staff there upgraded my 2008 MacBook to be fully functional again so I could use Adobe Creative Cloud in just over a week (waiting for parts for an ancient lap top takes time!). I later went back and had them replace the battery and lightning charging port on my Iphone 7, making it work and operate like new, in under 2 hours. I was so impressed by their suggestions, and I really loved how clearly they communicated with me, and made sure expectations were met. I can't say enough about how simple these upgrades are, but that they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars replacing (and recycling) these items. Getting items I loved repaired, feels as good as buying something brand new. Thank you Gophermods!
