Best value for money accommodation in London! When we initially saw the pictures and prices online we thought it was too good to be true. I share a room with my girlfriend and unlike most accommodation in the area that charge per person, Smart is only an extra £20 a week. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always deal with any issues swiftly. The 24 hour door staff make you feel very protected and are always keen for a chat. On-site Laundry facilities at Smart are the cheapest we’ve stayed at. Can’t recommend this place enough to anyone!

I came to London as an Erasmus student from Germany. While I did my research on student accommodation I found that most halls have major problems such as terrible maintenance or rats. It seemed quite difficult finding good accommodation in London. When I saw the excellent ratings of Smart, I was a bit sceptical at first because I hadn't seen such good ratings for any student accommodation in London. I inquired about the silver studio and had a Skype viewing of my room before I booked it. Right from the start, the communication with the office was straightforward and fast. When I moved in eventually, it didn't take me long to adjust to my new home. During my first weeks in London, I had many questions regarding my new life in the UK (such as operating the on-site washers, registering for a GP, where to buy certain items, etc.). Everyone at Smart was always very helpful and nobody ever gave me the feeling that I asked too many questions. In the few cases when something actually did not work, the issue was dealt with very quickly. Warren (from the maintenance staff) even approached me from time to time to ask if everything is okay and whether there are any issues with my room. My room was bright, quiet and had a nice view. Water, heating and electricity always worked. The internet is fast, especially via the LAN socket beneath the desk (if you don't want to use that, there's Wifi of course). Smart is only a few minutes' walk away from Finsbury Park Station (zone 2) where the Victoria and Piccadilly lines take you to central London in less than 20 minutes. There are several bus stops very close to Smart. You can find everything you need in the area, i.e. especially along Seven Sisters Road, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants (try the Japanese restaurant Hana just around the corner!), coffee shops and a gym. I am very glad I chose Smart; it really did become my home in London. I highly recommend Smart to anyone looking for calm and friendly accommodation. Thank you to the whole team at Smart! I stayed at Smart from September 2016 to May 2017 and had a brilliant time. Smart was in a prime location and it was so easy to get to my college and into Central London. The staff are so lovely and incredibly welcoming, and were always there if you had a problem at any time. I would highly reccommend Smart to any first-time student looking for accommodation that is safe, secure and a home from home :)

Hello! My name is Catarina Franco and I’m leaving in Smart Student Accommodation for 2 years already. When I left home and came to London, it was very scary as I wouldn’t have my family with me but that changed completely when I arrived into the accommodation. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. I can say that the people from the staff are my second family and this is my second home. They do everything that they can to help us, to make us happy and comfortable in order to provide us with the best experience in London. Smart Student Accommodation has the best accommodation ever! We have all the facilities necessary to do our home duties but also to relax with our friends and colleagues! The atmosphere in the accommodation is another star definitely! Due to the thematic parties, organised by the staff, I was able to meet loads of people, and I’m happy to say that I have the best friends someone can have (my “smart fam”) that I want to keep with me forever. So I just can thank Smart for providing me the best experience in London and for making me feel at home!

I really enjoyed my stay at Smart during the summer 2016 as i rented for a short term let while studying in london. Smart was offering the best price, location and great big rooms for affordable prices as a student. I really loved my stay here and staff were great, 5 start customer service. It was the best choice for me!

My 1st year in London has been a huge roller coaster ride going through a lot of things. From the start of my journey, the team at SSA just opened the doors to me and welcomed me like family and made sure i felt at home regardless always here to help and always putting our satisfaction first and for someone to accommodate for all the tenants needs, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to ensure everyone is satisfied. I would like to thank Chris for being an amazing guy and providing us with great quality accommodation and providing excellent service also big shout out for bad man RIMI always there for a conversation and a cigarette a big shout out for Frankie dealing with our complaints and making sure we paid our rent ;) and not to forget top dawgs Jamie and tom always in the booth

Smart Student Accommodation has surpassed my expectations. From the very start, staff was extremely helpful and adept at dealing with my queries from overseas. They accommodated my needs and delivered what they promised. The residence is well-maintained, clean and warm; and the friendly staff are present around the clock to help you out in case any problems arise. The studio room I got is spacious and even has storage space that's more than I need - something you barely find in London student houses. The location is great, 30 minutes from the center by bus or tube, and even closer to east London if you'l be going there. Smart is off a main road that is loaded with groceries and shops as well as department stores, all within a 15-minute-walk radius which will leave you missing almost nothing regarding your living needs. The best part is, Smart offer a competitive price I could hardly find elsewhere while looking for places to stay for my one year MA. Definitely recommended by me, doubt anyone will regret coming here.

Beautiful building situated a few minutes away from Finsbury Park station. The area is great for students as it is full of discount shops and markets. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and I should point out that there is good storage space provided! The staff makes a really nice effort to make our stay fun and welcoming with the seasonal activities they host. In short you get all the benefits of living in a student housing but you get better studio rooms and affordable prices. Highly recommended!
