The best student housing I have experienced. It is a great value for the rent, and you might be questioning the quality because of the lower price compared to other places. I can say that the staff here are extremely kind and the renovation is also modern. Transportation is convenient and there are many grocery stores nearby.

Very nice student accommodation located just 10mins walk away from Finsbury Park tube station in a quite neighbourhood. Decent Internet speed. Lots of grocery shops and takeaway nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

I have been a tenant here for nearly 5 months and I appreciate how friendly all the staff are here! No matter the problem or time of day there is always a staff member to help out! As well as this I have felt incredibly safe at this accommodation due to there being someone watching the main door 24hrs a day and the system used to enter and exit the building! Great place to live, great facilities and such a kind environment.

A beautiful building with wonderful, welcoming and helpful people! The rooms are spacious with WiFi, warm water all day long and all bills included in the rent. There is a lovely communal space to hang out with friends. They organise parties throughout the year with food and drinks! One other thing I love is that it is quiet and you can easily concentrate and study at any time.

I am a student from China. I am a graduate student near my apartment. I looked for our house on the website in July last year and was very attracted by it. Everything here is perfect. I only need to walk for 6 minutes to commute by subway. At the same time, there are many convenience stores around the apartment, which is very convenient and safe. The security facilities in the apartment are very safe and I feel very secure every day. The staff are like family and we greet each other every day. The layout of the studio can be adjusted according to my preferences, which is very free. Been living here for almost two years and have no complaints! The staff are always friendly, and the security is great. The building is beautiful and the neighbourhood is quite quiet. Also, it's only 10 mins away from the station which is super convenient.

Throughout my stay, I have been treated with kindness and support by the staff. As far as the maintenance of the rooms is concerned, they do an excellent job of doing so. There is an excellent level of sound isolation in the room, which makes it incredibly quiet. I am very satisfied with the speed and reliability of the internet. The reception team does a very good job in terms of receiving parcels. The laundry equipment they have in the accommodation is of very high quality. There are a lot of restaurants and shops that are located nearby the accommodation. It's also very close to the tube station, which is another key advantage. In my opinion, this student dormitory would be one of the most desirable ones you could find in London. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering studying in London in the future.

It is an excellent student accommodation not just because it’s in a very beautiful Victorian brick house, but because the people working here. Unlike those student accommodation ran by big corporations, this family owned businesses really cares about the students living here and works very hard to keep this place clean and safe. The staff here know the students very well. We say hi to each other very frequently. Last month they even brought the whole kebab stall to the accommodation to welcome the new tenants. You can really feel the warmth from them. Here is my home in London.

As a parent of a young person in student accommodation, I feel lucky that we found Smart Student early enough to get a place here. The room we booked is fab, very clean, well proportioned and well equipped. It feels like home rather than cellular like some of the fancier accomm we visited. The concierge staff are so caring towards the students - not in an indulgent way but really looking after their wellbeing and their best interests. In doing so they go above and beyond the call of duty!

I stayed at Smart between Sept 2021 and Sept 2022 in a Gold Studio. Everything about my stay was amazing, from the friendliness of the staff and security, the quality of the room and facilities and the incredible location. The rent is also really reasonable when compared to other student accommodations in North London. I would recommend the accommodation to any students staying in London!

Stayed in a gold plus studio for a year, and all I can say is that everything exceeded my expectations. My room was very spacious, and the thick walls allowed me to study in peace. The staff was also very friendly (especially Jahan, it was always so nice to chat with him). There are lot of places in the nearby area to do your shopping/groceries, which is really convenient. Also, the fact that Finsbury Park station is 10 mins away by foot is very useful if you want/need to travel through London. All in all, I can’t recommend this accommodation enough! :)

The accommodation here are very good option for students of UCL and London Metropolitan University. Victoria Line takes you to UCL in less than 10 mins. I was living in a two-bed room apartment with another friend. Even though there is no big living room, the price of accommodation is already the most affordable around London Zone 2. There is a nice shared common area in the building where you can meet new friends. Besides, the working staff here is very friendly. Safety is never a problem around this building with 24 hours cctv in operation. It is a recommended student accommodation after living here for one year.

I lived here for my first year of uni, and I genuinely couldn't recommend a place more! This accomm is only a short walk or bus ride from London Metropolitan University (where I went) and the CSM Archway campus (where many of my friends went!). It's a ten minute walk from Finsbury, a thirty minute walk from Camden, and a forty-five minute walk from Highbury, with great public transportation links as well. The building itself is gorgeous, amazingly well-kept, and the flats are self-contained with options for studios or two-person room shares! The front desk staff and security staff are amazing people who seem to truly care about their students and make an effort to learn your name and about your life. I always felt safe and knew that I could go to them with any troubles. The rooms and general energy is much nicer than many student accomms I've visited and I feel really lucky to have found it. I made so many amazing connections and memories here. It's been an amazing place to spend my first year, especially as I'd moved internationally, and gave me a wonderful balance between living at home and living on my own, which was something I'd never done before. If you're looking for a small, homey, and beautiful accomm - go here!!!

Stayed in a gold studio for 1.5 years. My time here was amazing and hassle free. It's within 10 minute walking distance of Finsbury Park station and there are several cafes/restaurants and shops nearby. The building has CCTV everywhere with a secure entrance and 24hr concierge. It's located close to the main road and is well lit at night. This made me feel very safe at all times. Management was always responsive and eager to help. They showed that they care about the wellbeing of students a lot. Jahang helped me out a lot during my stay and Aqib gave me great advice on finding a flat in London and getting offers accepted. The room itself was spacious and came with a very nice work desk, book shelf, small dining table, wardrobe, drawers and a bed. The work desk was quite spacious as it could fit multiple monitors, books and a laptop. The internet speed was quite fast at 100 Mbits/s, and a blazing 700Mbits/s when using an ethernet cable. It was quiet and peaceful as well which allowed me to focus on my work and sleep without the worry of noisy neighbours. Overall, it was a great stay and I would have continued living here if I was still a student. Recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay during their studies.

I had stayed in the accomdation from september 2021. I can't thank enough John for his hospitality from the day I moved in. I want to thank Jade and Aqib for their support whenever I needed help. It was clean from the day the moved in and they maintained the accommodation in a clean way. I was happy and safe during the stay. I have just moved out of this accommodation after 2 years and I have had an excellent experience living here. I had a Gold studio which was wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom were great and the studio was well equipped with a large desk and desk chair, a nice size kitchen table with two chairs and a small but comfy bucket chair! The bed was also a great size and had storage underneath which was really helpful! I really liked the high ceilings and large window too which added to the spacious feel of the studio. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to the tube station and close to a variety of local shops. The staff at the accommodation are especially helpful and attentive. There is a 24 hour concierge and the building feels very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this accommodation for students in London!

I have renewed my stay here and I’m so happy to call Smart Student Accommodation home. The building offers 24 hour concierge, office staff are friendly and happy to help you when needed. Smart also has onsite maintenance too! Great building, with a pool table and ping pong table too! My room, as you can see, benefits from high ceilings and large windows - it’s so bright! This is probably one of the best accommodations one could come across in London and I'd highly recommend it as long as the location is convenient.
