I stayed at Smart from October 2020 to June 2021 and absolutely loved it. Everyone who works there is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Living here felt like staying with family, I'm missing it already! Thank you to Jade and Jahan in particular for making sure I felt like I was at home, I can't thank you enough :)

I am an international student and have been living at Smart Student Accommodation for the past year. In a single word, my experience living here has been Amazing. The rooms themselves are as advertised and my room was exactly like the picture on their website. The building is in great condition, the amenities work well and the security systems are top notch. But what make a real difference are the people at Smart. They are the most accommodating, understanding and helpful group of people. All you have to do is ask and if it is within their capabilities, they will do it for you. The location is also ideal. Its a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station and there are three bus stops in a 4 minute walk radius. Sobell Sports Center is also just around the corner and so is the nearest Tesco. Choose these guys without any hesitation, you'll not regret it.

It's been my pleasure to have stayed at Smart Student Accommodation for 2 years. Unlike the other huge chained student accommodation, you can feel the human-ess in the staff, and develop a great relationship with other residents. Great linkage to nearby amenities & parks.

I moved to Smart because my sister was already living there, and every time I visited her from Italy I just fell in love with the place and the people. And when I moved in, it was the best I could ask for. Staff always available, really nice rooms and common areas. Chris really wants to make your experience the best possible. As my sister said too, I cannot recommend it more!

I am impressed by the professionalism of Smart Student Accommodation staff. They are welcoming and kind especially in current pandemic situation, they do everything possible to support student who are moving here. I am here since September my room was clean when I moved in, maintenance people is very efficient and professional. There are security people who are doing a great job. The location is very good with a lot of store nearby (Morrison, Lidl, Waitrose ) within 10 minutes walk. The metro is around 8min from SSA. Besides a lot buses are there especially the 29 which can lead you straight to city London. A big hats off to the team !!

The welcome is excellent. During my stay, I always felt safe (24/7 concierge and cctv cameras). The building is quite. The staff is always responsive, professional, friendly and polite Rooms are very well maintained. The accommodation is located in a relatively pleasant area, well-served by public transport to reach the city center and very close to the london metropolitan university. The staff handled the covid-19 crisis very well and were very accommodating.

I Lived in Smart Student Accommodation for nearly three years from 2017 to 2020 whilst at university and after this time I feel I can give an honest review. But first, if you are looking for a quiet, safe, and welcoming accommodation the Smart is just that. The staff are great and always able to help with any questions you may have. You always get great personal service from the office and this all helps to make the building a friendly place to live. Any maintenance issues are resolved promptly by their on-site maintenance team. Security in the building is also really good. There is a 24-hour concierge who is always on hand to help out of hours too. There is a secure entry to the building and this all helps to make you feel secure. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff have been cleaning the building on a regular basis which again has made things feel safe and secure. Overall I have had a great time living here and would recommend Smart to anyone looking for a place to live whilst studying in London.

I had a really enjoyable and comfortable life at Smart where I have stayed for 2 years. The Rooms are large, bright and was very clean when I moved in. Facilities in the room are all new and functional. Besides, the place is quiet at night, which made me able to relax my-self sufficiently. Staff here are extremely nice, by which I mean: polite, patient, warm hearted and do their jobs well. They do listen to my request and help me solve problems efficiently. If you met some problems about living, don't worry, just contact with them, you will find how helpful they are. Also, the safty is guaranteed, since they provide a 24-hours surveillance at entries. The Location is great. You only need 7 mins to walk from here to Finsbury Park station. It's also closed to some bus stations. There are various restaurants nearby, including junction food market, Japanese restaurant, Kebab and so on. What's more, you have lots of choices for shops. A Tesco and a Pound Land is located quite near to Smart. There is a LIDL (about 9 mins walk) where the prices are really cheap. If you prefer the products with high quality, you can also find a Waitrose (about 9 mins walk). I am glad that I choose Smart when I was studying in London. If I continued my academic life in London, I would definitely choose Smart again, since I am moving to another city for post-graduate.

We stayed at this place in the year 2019/2020. All the positive comments here are real, reflecting the hard work the staff put into it. The staff listened to our requests, and addressed the problems we proposed immediately. More importantly, the warm greetings and chat among us and the staff made us feel that we are treated as a big family. Choosing Smart is one of the best decisions I have made this year. The room is spacious and suitable for two people. The furnitures are new and high-quality; my friends said the beds were the most comfortable ones they had ever slept on xD I love the location; close to public transportations, numerous stands and supermarkets, great restaurants, and green spaces. I would definitely recommend students to stay at Smart! This place is so good that I felt the need to also comment using my mother language to reach more people. 收到錄取通知後就積極找尋倫敦的住宿，而最容易的管道就是google上的評論，鮮少有學生住宿能拿到4.7如此的高分，而這一年的經驗讓我們體會到這些評分都真實反映員工們辛苦的付出。 這棟學生宿舍是家庭式企業，所有的員工都非常的親切、友善，關心你的生活和需求，而且不斷思考如何讓我們有更好的體驗，任何問題都能迅速獲得解決。最讓我印象深刻的是一次接近半夜時浴室水龍頭突然關不了，我們下樓尋求協助，在半個小時內負責的技術員就從家裡趕到，暫時從源頭關掉水源，隔天也立刻替我們更換新的裝置。在特殊的節日裡，住處會安排活動，供應免費的食物，提供很好的機會認識鄰居。 除了宿舍本身，我們也非常喜歡附近的環境。往往首要關心的是治安，我們這區是以中東、亞洲人為主(個人觀察)，這幾個月下來我覺得很安全，晚上回家也不需要擔心。距離finsbury park tube station約8-10分鐘的步行距離，5分鐘內有數個直通kings cross, bloomsbury 的公車; 周遭的生活機能相當方便，waitrose, morrison, tesco都在步行可到的距離，還有一間亞洲超市，販售生鮮、醬料、零食等等，另外最驚喜的是有許多蔬果的攤販，價格都是超市的1/3以下！這裡有很多亞洲餐廳，個人相當推薦dotori(附近最好的日韓餐廳!), hana(就在路口而已！), Dilara Uyghur(相當知名的新疆菜!)，還有購買生活用品的poundland、郵局; 若你喜歡享受早午餐，finsbury park附近有許多cafe供你慢慢品味。 總體來說非常推薦選擇這裡作為英國留學的宿舍，尤其第二人一個禮拜只要加20英鎊！跟許多同學的住宿比起來，我真的覺得CP值爆表xP

This is an amazing place to stay in London! The facilities are modern and well maintained; the staff is very friendly and responsive to all needs and queries and it's in a great location. You won't find anything better! :)

Like I’m sure many reading these reviews I initially had the thought of “but are they real?”. And yes. They absolutely are. This is my second year here and it’s a true gem. With previous experience of other student accommodations I didn’t think it was possible to encounter an establishment that is so friendly, warm and where you feel so cared for as a tenant. Hiccups can happen along the way as is part of life, but the way the team here so gracefully handle any issues that arise is incredible - they genuinely put you and your needs first (unlike other accommodations where I’ve experienced them clearly put the businesses interest ahead of the living experience of the tenant) and that makes all the difference with choosing to live here again. You feel a lovely atmosphere from interacting with the staff here and that makes a big impact when having moved to a city so big. Clearly, highly recommend.

Smart Student accommodation was an amazing place to live for the last 12 months. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and make you feel right at home. The rooms are of high quality and the price is amazing especially as you're so close to shops and the tube. I would recommend this accommodation to any student that wanted great value without compromise on quality or location.

Smart student accommodation has become a place I can call home as the rooms are very clean and spacious at a very affordable price. Whether you come from outside of the UK or from outside of London I am sure you will feel like home here as the staff are very friendly and eager to help with any issue you find yourself having during your stay. There is also a common room where students play pool, ping pong or even watch tv, meeting people of different cultures and building new friendships! It has been great living here!
