I would highly recommend this wonderful student accommodation. The building is beautiful with it's own history, it's well maintained and very clean. The rooms are well equipped and bright. It's location is perfect for our Daughter with a few minutes walk to where she needs to be. The building is manned 24/7 with security staff which as a parent is so reassuring. One of the things that stand out a mile are the staff. Since first finding this place, I can honestly say that Zoe has been there from day one, all the way through to meeting her in person on moving our Daughter in. Zoe is the most helpful, kind supportive and professional person ever! Also a big shout out to Aqib who is also such a kind and helpful person with impeccable manners. Our Daughter has settled so well here and in her words said it's like being at home just without us being there It's family run accommodation and it shows, there's genuine care and support for the students that live there. A super safe and smashing place to stay.

Living at smart student accommodation has been a safe and enjoyable experience. The team is friendly and always ready to help. I made new friends and felt welcomed from the start. This was my first home in London, and I will truly miss it

I had a lovely two-year stay at this accommodation! Probably one of my best decisions when moving to London from abroad. It is in a great location and the building is very nice. The staff were always welcoming and caring, and they are ready to help whenever and with whatever concerns you have. I feel very safe and at home staying here. I would love to thank Jahan, Zoe, Aqib, and all SMART team for always making sure that we, students, have the best stay here. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough!

I had an exceptional year here. Zoe and Johan were not just incredibly friendly, but truly became like family, consistently going above and beyond to resolve any issues and offering warm daily greetings. The apartment's prime location offers unparalleled convenience, with an impressive variety of supermarkets and local shops right at your doorstep. The room's interior surpasses most student apartments in spaciousness, with its high ceilings creating an even more expansive atmosphere. The furniture layout is optimized for comfort and functionality, complemented by an abundance of storage space that meets all your needs.

This is probably one of the best accommodation in London. Being an overseas student, looking for an accommodation was very intimidating and difficult. However, after staying year at Smart, I can confidently say that this place has been exceptional. The staff are amazing and very attentive to feedback. Zoe and Jahan are probably the nicest people I have ever met. It is also very close to groceries stores and is a 10 minute walk to Finsbury park station. There are a lot of buses that drop you off 5 minutes from the accommodation. It’s been a wonderful experience, and I feel fortunate to have found such a great place to call home during my studies.

There are super friendly staff who will be enthusiastic to get along with you, just like your friends～The security is very responsible and living here will feel safe! Favorable price, quality living environment, recommended ❤️

I had such a great time spending a year of my studies in this student accommodation. The rooms are very nice and well kept and the staff... Simply awesome. People like Zoe and Johan and everyone else on the team are lovely and kind, very professional and the hospitality is in the next level. Could not have asked a better place. I had an amazing stay at Smart student accommodation for about a year - all the staff were extremely enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. My room was in great condition, quiet, and perfect for studying and relaxing. I could always count on getting help whenever I needed it. Would strongly recommend to any student moving to London for the first time and looking for a safe place to live :)

I can't recommend this student accommodation highly enough. As a Mum wanting to know your daughter is safe in a big city, the staff at Smart Student have alleviated all fear of that. Aqib and the team have been the most helpful and kindest people from the start of the process until move in date. The property is immaculate, the rooms and facilities are ideal and the communal area has been well thought out and less than a 10 minute walk to the tube station. Don't hesitate

An excellent, clean and rather small student accommodation in the heart of London. I lived there for one year during my master‘s course and I will always remember my time there very positively. I lived in several other student accommodations before during my undergrad and I can confidently say that I never lived in a place so warm and welcoming. The staff is exceptionally nice, the all remember your name and it truly feels like a small family there. I came to London completely alone and the friendly environment there really made me feel more at home. Special thanks goes to Jahan and Irene. Additionally, since the accommodation is rather small and privately owned it‘s extremely quiet there, with was really great for me as a light sleeper and during assignments periods. The place is really close to the Finsbury Park station where you can take the Piccadilly or Victoria line to central London in around 20 mins. Overall, a great experience living there and I wish the whole Smart Team only the best for the future.

This is one of the best accommodation I have come across and it is available at a decent price. The members over here are very helpful and specially Jahan, Irene and Aqib are the most hopeful person I have come across. They are always there to provide you the best possible comfort and stay. It's been beyond wonderful living here thus far. The rooms are huge, especially considering the price. All amenities within the building are also incredibly well maintained! Safety is also ensured with their 24/7 security. Location wise, it is hard to find somewhere comparable. It's situated near the main road which is littered with all kinds of mini markets and hardware stores, not to mention it also has loads of food places to eat at. Within walking distance, you can find many supermarkets as well as the tube station. Finsbury Park is a ten-minute walk away and an excellent place to run in! Perhaps the most outstanding thing is the kindness and warmth of the staff members! They've been so responsive and understanding, which has helped so much in helping me to settle into a new country. Definitely highly recommended for students who are looking for an affordable home away from home!

I am so satisfied with this apartment! To be honest, I have never thought that this apartment would be so great. The staffs here are nice and it is really convenient here, many supermarkets, many restaurant, bus stops and underground station are also close. I hope that Smart Student Accommodation could be better and better.

The staff are very welcoming and do their best to help. The rooms are well furnished and you get the freedom to move things about. It's within a short walk to shops and Finsbury Park station, feels safe and is more affordable than many other places. Definitely recommend staying here

I spent a year living in this place, and I'd conclude that the accommodation is an awesome choice for students. The staff, especially Irene, Jahan, and Athar, really look out for you, making sure you have a great time and feel safe during your stay. Plus, the location is super convenient – just 5 minutes from bus stops, 2 minutes from Tesco and lots of cute local shops, and 9 minutes from Finsbury Park, where you've got the Piccadilly and Victoria lines to whisk you off to wherever you want in central London. Totally recommended

Lived here for a year and by far the best renting experience I've had. Nice rooms, well equipped and a good price. Any issues sorted straight away, and really friendly staff.

The staff are all so kind and helpful. The location is perfect - walking distance to London Met and only about 10 mins walk to the tube station, making it easy to get to other universities too. The rooms are a very good size. Any issues I had were always dealt with as quickly as possible. The area can be a little loud and busy when there's a match or event on at Arsenal, but this was not often nor ever overnight, meaning sleep's still undisturbed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and quiet accommodation with approachable and caring staff and security.

Had a visit on Friday. The twin appartement is cozy and well-equipped despite the small common space. The whole property is really pretty in the red brick style. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spent my fist year at uni here and the staff is fantastic, there is always someone on sight in case of anything at all and the facilities are all up to date. I especially appreciate its location, Victoria line is very quick and useful and there’s always a shop open :) 10/10

Great location near lots of cool places as well as useful transport links. Super-friendly staff, comfortable living spaces, issues always fixed quickly. Highly recommend to all students if you would like to live in halls - whether you're first year or final year.

I’ve lived here since September in a gold plus studio and I’m so glad I found this place. I like how spacious the room is, high ceilings, lots of natural light coming in from big windows, and very well kept. Moving to London on my own, I feel really safe here because of the 24h security and how caring the staff is. It is also well insulated and warm, which is a huge plus in the winter. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
