Our experience with Sam Ivy dog training has been outstanding. The better part of our experience was spending our time and training with our trainer Joel Frawley who’s patient with all his instructions. He made it clear that there’s always room for improvement when it comes to training your dog. I highly recommend Sam Ivy and Joel for your dog’s training needs.

So glad we called Sam Ivy! From the moment Claudia came to our home till the last day of training with Blas, we knew things would be great. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the price of the course we selected would include the both dogs we own. The other trainers charged for each dog and only allowed a set number of sessions to train your dogs. I also like how they offer to correct any/all behaviors before we got into the obedience training we selected. Luckily we didn’t have many to deal with. Blas was absolutely awesome to work with. He was ALWAYS punctual, patient and very professional during our sessions. He understood what we needed from him (and our dogs) and was great at providing tips, suggestions and help to ensure the training went well. Blas demonstrated a high level of energy and experience that made the training fun and easy. I’d highly recommend Sam Ivy and Blas as your dog trainer (I’ve already referred a few people).

Joel was a great trainer, patient, attentive to our specific needs and a patient instructor. Our dog Kepi, responded well. Joel was wonderful training our older dog.

I am forever grateful of Sam Ivy and especially my trainer Blas they literally saved my dogs life he was a complete out of control 55 pound pitbull my mother was terrified of him and thru this training program my dog is a completely different dog thank you Blas you are awesome!Zeus thanks you and so do we.Please ask for Blas his passion and knowledge are one of a kind!

We had heard great things about Sam Ivy and decided to give them a try with our 4 month old Golden doodle, Sophie. She was constantly biting and barking but after our second session with our trainer, Blas, we had already seen such a huge change. We basically had a new puppy. The biting and barking had immediately stopped and she was overall so much more well behaved. We are SO glad we decided to choose Sam Ivy for our training!

We just finished our pack behavior training with Sam Ivy. Our trainer Miguel was fantastic! Our Staffie was pretty spirited and she is now very well behaved. It was like night and day with her. We couldn't be happier with our results. I am recommending Sam Ivy to all my friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience training our 1 1/12 year old Labrador Retriever through Sam Ivy’s program! We rescued our boy from the shelter, and while he was very sweet, he did NOT know how to follow commands or walk properly on a leash! Going on walks was an absolute nightmare, and he was also very nervous, skittish and afraid of being in public. We contacted Sam Ivy and Enzo visited our home and gave us our free consultation, listening intently to our needs and going over in great detail what we could expect from the program. By the end of our meeting, I felt confident that Sam Ivy’s program was exactly what our pup needed to learn structure and gain confidence! We were paired with Madina as our trainer, and we absolutely loved working with her! Madina came to us so we could train in the comfort of our own home, was always very communicative, highly professional, always on time and she even worked with us through the holidays so that we could make sure we got our sessions in before our baby’s January due date! From Day 1, our dog took to Madina right away, and we saw an instant improvement after just a few sessions! I was so nervous about using a prong collar and E-collar, but Madina patiently took me through and explained everything and even let me try the e-collar on my arm so I could see that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t cause harm to our dog. She is so diligent and extremely professional with our dog as well as us, treating us as valued clients. Long strong short, after just a few weeks, our dog is completely changed! Each walk with him gets better and better, he listens intently for commands, and best of all, we see a huge difference in his confidence around people as well as other dogs! It brings us so much joy to see him happily playing with other dogs at the dog parks and not cowering in fear, like the sad puppy we rescued from the shelter. Thank you Sam Ivy, and thank you, Madina! We plan on moving forward all the way through Service Dog Training!

The tools really work! I was a bit hesitant at first to use the e collar and prong collar, but now, my pup ONLY wears the prong collar...nothing else! We loved having Gina be our trainer. She is very punctual and made the training very convenient for us. Gina was always easy to get in touch with. My pup used to be a 'maniac' when I had people over. Now, at our New Years party, I heard every single guest comment on how wonderful Savannah is :) Thanks Gina & Sam Ivy!
