I have a four-year-old Lhasa Apso, Milo, that was so aggressive towards large breeds I dreaded taking him out for a walk. He would lunge at the dogs, growl, bark, honestly everything short of foaming at the mouth, it seemed. Realizing this is not how I wanted us to spend the rest of our life together, I did a lot of research and came upon Sam Ivy K9. The trainer Milo and I worked with is Jackie and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but at times during the process, when I would slack a little in my training homework, she was very firm with me and didn't let me get away with it –– which I appreciate!
Now, I'm able to take Milo out on walks that he and I both love! Now when we pass large dogs he barely even looks at them. When I stop, he stops and sits automatically. I genuinely can't say what a life-changing experience this has been. To be able to take Milo out and enjoy walks in the park or around the neighborhood, in a way that I never thought would be possible, is something for which I'm so very thankful. I absolutely give all the credit to Jackie and the processes in place at Sam Ivy.
I 1000% recommend Jackie & the Sam Ivy team!
