The transformation that our dog went through is amazing! He used to run away constantly, was bad on leash, and very disobedient. Now I can have him off leash and he actually behaves! Our trainer Ariel was great!

Found Sam ivy on line w great reviews. Boone,our chocolate lab had a hard time accepting me, female as his alpha. The proper pack sessions were wonderful. Ryann was excellent at explaining all steps we went thru.boone is a changed dog for the better. Will be taking the next session after the year.thanks Ryann and Sam ivy!

I have a four-year-old Lhasa Apso, Milo, that was so aggressive towards large breeds I dreaded taking him out for a walk. He would lunge at the dogs, growl, bark, honestly everything short of foaming at the mouth, it seemed. Realizing this is not how I wanted us to spend the rest of our life together, I did a lot of research and came upon Sam Ivy K9. The trainer Milo and I worked with is Jackie and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but at times during the process, when I would slack a little in my training homework, she was very firm with me and didn't let me get away with it –– which I appreciate! Now, I'm able to take Milo out on walks that he and I both love! Now when we pass large dogs he barely even looks at them. When I stop, he stops and sits automatically. I genuinely can't say what a life-changing experience this has been. To be able to take Milo out and enjoy walks in the park or around the neighborhood, in a way that I never thought would be possible, is something for which I'm so very thankful. I absolutely give all the credit to Jackie and the processes in place at Sam Ivy. I 1000% recommend Jackie & the Sam Ivy team!

There are no words to express how happy and please we are with our dog’s training. It made a huge difference in his overal behavior. Taz used to bark at everything and everybody who would walk by the house and would cry and bark every time he would be crated. Now he doesn’t bark at the poor mailman and he goes into his crate without a problem. Aside from that, he’s doing amazing with his sits, downs, focus and stays. We will continue to work with him until he’s ready to go all the way to service dog. Jackie was great, professional and patient with me. Having anxiety made it hard at times for me to work with Taz, but Jackie was so good and always helped me stay calm when training him. I highly recommend this company and Jackie of course. I’ll miss having her help me but I’m so pleased I’m committed to continue working with Taz. Thank you

Sam Ivy K9 Consultants ... 5 Stars to this organization overall and specifically to Ryann our trainer! I brought home a brand new 8 week old Golden Retrieve puppy in June ... my first BIG dog! Neighbors of mine recommended Sam Ivy to me. They are owners of 2 (" NOW" well behaved) Doodles and after completing the program the results for their dogs were astounding. It seemed like a "no-brainer" for me to call Sam Ivy for help. It had been over 15 years since I had trained a puppy and knew instantly I could use some help. Enzo was awesome. He was the Consultant who came out and met Gracie and myself to explain how the program was structured. Enzo assured me that the Sam Ivy program was the best in town. How true! Garcie (my pup) and I signed up for the full program to included: Obedience thru "Advanced On and Advanced Off-Leash" training. Ryann was our trainer and she was fabulous! Ryann's kindness, patience (with both Gracie and myself) , her professionalism, her calm, focused, patient demeanor ... and, her love for her job ... were second to NONE! With Ryann's help, Gracie graduated in late October. Both Ryann and Gracie are amazing!!! Gracie is now 7 months old. She is very obedient, very well-mannered and she truly is a wonderful, well trained companion. We are giving consideration to continuing on with Sam Ivy K9 Consultants for Service/Therapy Dog Training sometime in the future. Calling Sam Ivy K9 Consultants ... and then being connected with Ryann was a true blessing! A blessing for which both Gracie and I are very appreciative of.
