I will say that Chip Wynn is the ONLY place I will ever buy a vehicle from. I bought a car about a year and a half ago from there but kept having problem after problem. They stood behind their warranty EVERY time. No fighting or backlash, they honored it. After another mishap, it was time to do something different. I didn’t even want to look anywhere else, I wanted to go back there. He was so appreciative that we came back even though we had bad luck the first time. We worked with Billy Reed, you should ask for him because I’ve never been more impressed with a car salesman. He really cared and wanted to do us right, which is hard to find anymore. These people went above and beyond for us. My family and I were out of town when our car suddenly broke down half way through our journey to see relatives. We knew then that we had to have a new vehicle asap, as it was the best option for us.
We were looking for a Toyota van and decided to stop by here with our 2 little fellas after seeing a van online that they had in stock and we had our hearts set on. One of the salesmen, Billy Reed, helped us through the process after we saw that the van was what we wanted. He was very nice to us and our kids, and was determined to help us get approved for the vehicle. After hours of persistence and some back and forth, he helped us secure the vehicle of our dreams.

Everyone here is super nice and help as much as possible to transition vehicle. We live in ms so they have called to find out everything we need to transfer new truck. Which helps me tremendously as dont have much time to deal with things like that as I work days.
