I love Jeeps and was in the market for a later model Wrangler. My husband and I were in Paducah, KY when we spotted the perfect 2018 Wrangler Sahara in Gobi clear coat (tan) color! Exactly what I wanted as we live on dirt roads in Michigan. The financing and sale arrangements went smoothly and you have to love the southern charm and friendliness about the process. I recently bought a Kia Forte from Chip Wynn and the entire experience was awesome! They accommodated me in every way possible. I worked with Melissa, their online rep first and got all my questions answered and all the paperwork done and then when I arrived at the lot, she passed me on to Josh the salesperson. They had the car I wanted to test drive all ready to go with a cute little tag hanging on the mirror with my name on it. Unbeatable service! I challenge anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to find a dealership that even compares to Chip Wynn Motors. They over deliver on service and offer reliable cars at a fair price. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership and their service continues to amaze me. I told them what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to not only find what I was looking for but to continue the search until they found a the van I specified AND they we confident was sound mechanically. The salespeople are honest, genuine and professional. They were very patient in my evaluation of what they had on the lot and were understanding when I wanted something different. I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to pay $400 document fee (like all the other dealerships) for them to take care of the title and registration at the courthouse. Avoiding that trip to the courthouse was like a staycation!
