If you have a well and/or any sort of radon mitigation system, you are also aware of how difficult it can be to find a reputable business to take care of your service. I've been price gouged, aggressively upsold, and had businesses outright not honor their own warranties. I gave Barlow Water Systems a shot, and I am SO INCREDIBLY GLAD that I did!!!
Not only did they take the time to explain what needs to be done, they gave me a straight-forward and reasonable price (no haggling or shenanigans), AND provided a written warranty for parts & labor.
If you are going to trust your home to someone, I would absolutely recommend Barlow.

I contacted Barlow this morning at 8am because my well pump wasn’t working. They had a crew at my home by 9am. I was shocked on how fast they arrived. The service call fee was extremely reasonable. They fixed the problem in less time than what would have been an extra charge. The technicians were very professional and experienced and approachable. They explained what caused my well to stop pumping, which was a toilet that was broken and running water all night which tripped off my pump. It pays to call a professional. And this company is professional excellence! It’s hard to imagine a home without running water. My family appreciates your phenomenal over the top service.

I have had the pleasure of having Barlow Pump service my water system several times over the past 3 years since purchasing our home. The team at Barlow are second to none! I woke up at 4am on Thursday of last week to no water at all. I called the call center and left a message at 4:10 am....Much to my surprise , my phone rang about 5 minutes later...the gentleman from Barlow diagnosed my issue over the phone. By 8:30am the same day, Two guys were at my front door...they immediately got to work...they were polite and efficient. By the early afternoon, they were done and I had water! The team at Barlow are amazing. They are my water company for life...Thank you Barlow team.

We called on a Sunday morning due to a problem with no water. They had a lot of similar calls ahead of us and said they'd try their best to come that same day. They called around 11:30am to say they were on their way! The two guys that came were courteous, and quick to fix the problem!! We could not have been happier!!

I called Barlow today because I had no water they sent someone out right away. I was impressed with how quick they got to my house considering they are in Naugatuck and I'm all the way in Middletown. Not to mention i was not a previous customer. They diagnosed the problem quick and got to work fixing it. They were able to give me an estimate right on site. Thank you guys very happy .

Service techs Justin and Joe just left our house after replacing our water pump and electrical cables. The office called to let me know they were on the way, and they arrived right on schedule. The job was done quickly, and both of them were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great job guys. JH Barlow was great in getting my water softener installed. They also noticed that the pressure tank for my well was coming up on 15 years and was showing some rust and could be a big problem. Had them install a new tank too.

Put our house in Wolcott up for sale in 2022. We had to work with lots of contractors to get various items repaired and updated. An inspection revealed a problem with our well. I called J H Barlow and I just want to praise them on their response and the timelyness of the project. I had a quote from Jeremiah within the hour. I scheduled the job and it was set for the following week. The guys showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. There were no surprises. The quoted price was the price I paid. I wish that all of the companies I had to work with over the 6 month period were as professional as J H Barlow. I highly recommend them for any issues you have with your well or water quality. Thank you Jeremiah and crew!
