The Marcarelli's
Had a water softener put in today. These guys are great. Prompt with the time they arrived both with the estimate as well as install. Called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way which most companies never do. Staff is extremely polite and professional. The install person installed the unit as he would at his own house, not cutting corners, but doing it right the first time. This install will lead me to them for any and all future needs.
I appreciate your services and will highly recommend you as I was referred.

Had a well pump protector trip and leave us without water today. Mike and Mike came out to diagnose the situation and were top notch professionals! They took their time, offered thorough explanations and gave us many options. On previous occasion, I called the J.H. Barlow office to get specifications on our well pump. They were very helpful, called back had researched all the specifications for our pump. I have had great luck with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding experience from meeting Jeramiah who gave us the run down and pricing. Very knowledgeable with zero pressure to sign on the dotted line. Justin came out to do the install and was very accommodating. Went over placement and how he would run the plumbing. This gentlemen’s attitude was spot on excellent. I’d like to give a major shout out to J.H. Barlow for servicing our home. Our water tank blew this AM and we were left without water. We called them and they came out couple of hours later. They assessed the situation and told us we just needed to replace the tank. They fixed it and we had water within the same day. They are fast, honest and reliable. I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend this place. Very pleased with the service.

This team is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and courteous. In the near 50 years I have owned this property I've had need of well pump services, no company has done a better job than J.H Barlow. I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner. I will never use another.

My 30 year old well water tank self-destructed this afternoon, Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, One call to Barlow (who did the original installation 30 years ago), left my name and number on the after-hours emergency voice mail. Within 10 minutes, I got a call back from Rich, who did what diagnostics he could over the phone, and said he was on the case. He was at my house within the hour, with a replacement tank in the work van. An hour later, they were done with the installation and the system was checked and back in service. Thanks Rich, Joe, and JH Barlow!

Awesome service experience! Had my well pump die on Thursday afternoon and they were out to replace it within an hour. After a follow up issue left us without water the next day, Mike came out Friday evening and Saturday morning to diagnose the issue and get us up and running again. He definitely went above and beyond to fix the issue and get everything back to normal for us. First class service! Highly recommend Barlow.

We were so thankful for the fantastic service we received this weekend. We attempted to contact our local pump service company which we had used for many years, and they never returned our call. Barlow Pump responded to our call within 30 minutes. They came out immediately to diagnose and repair our problem. We have a very deep well which required their expertise and special equipment. They were professional and reasonably priced. We cannot say enough good things about this company.

What an amazing company. Contacted them via their website form at 10 am on a Sunday, they responded within minutes. The next day I had someone come by and give us a estimate and they installed that afternoon. Great experience all around. Love our new water pressure system. Amazing customer service.

We have been using Barlow pump for years and they have always been great. This past Sunday morning we realized our well pump was broken. We were worried that we would be without water for a prolonged period of time. After calling their emergency service line we received a quick call back and within a few hours their team (Mike/Fred) removed the old broken pump and installed a new well pump. Our house was fully functional by the afternoon! Everyone we have met from Barlow is friendly, well trained, professional and we really appreciate how well they treat their customers. Thanks for taking such great care of us on a cold, winter, weekend day!

Jeremiah and Jeremy were fantastic. Had an issue with my pump on Christmas night. I called the main line and they called me back immediately. They were at my house at 9am the next day. Great service. They were polite and the service was A . Would recommend them to anyone.

The water in our house stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, we called JH Barlow for an emergency call. Justin r. and Rich T. came over and determined that it was our well pump. They gave us a complete rundown of what they would be doing and started the job. Rich kept us posted when the pipe broke and fell back down, but both Rich and Justin were persistent and they fished it back out. They both worked very hard to complete the job, and the end result was that we had our water back all on a Sunday afternoon.
I would highly recommend J.H Barlow, they are a great company that does the job right and is very respectful to the customer. And I just want to tell Justin R and Rich T. thank you for your hard work.

Called on a Friday afternoon, they showed up in an hour and discovered a broken wire within minutes. Mike and Rich tackled the problem and we had water again!

These guys are great!On a Saturday night lost water,I called at 6.00pm,in 15 min got a call back, Talked to Mike,he said he would be there in an hour,Yes he was, my tank in the basement for the well had pinhole in it.He replaced the tank,and i had water again in less then 2 hours!We have used Barlow for over 20 years now,I have and will recommend them to anyone.Thank you Mike and Barlow for the great service! Called them on a Friday night after 8 pm and had no well water. They called me back right away with a couple things to try and fix on my own as they had pictures of my water system and could direct me where to look. None worked and they were here at 9 am the next morning as promised. Rich and Dennis were very nice and walked me through the troubleshoot process. Ended up replacing well pump as it was clogged with 35 years of crud. They had everything with them which was very nice. Very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about these guys, they were the best! Came out on July 4th and replaced my water pump like the pros they are. It was so hot but they got it done quickly and answered all my questions. Mike and Pat, Thank you for all you did for us that day!! You're the best! The guys came out on a Sunday morning and I thought my pump went. With in 3 minutes they realized it just lost prime and primed it for me. It cost 1/10 of what the pump and foot valve would have been. Great honest hard working gentleman! Couldn't be happier!
