Mike was thorough, amenable, putting customer first. He explained every step of the replacement procedure, gave me honest options and was done changing out my water softener system within a few hours. I even called the company to tell them how happy I was, even having to spend some money! Will always use Barlow!

Labor Day weekend 2022... no well water Saturday morning 10 AM. Called Barlow's priority service number. Spoke with Jim right away. I'm already impressed. He said he was 2 emergencies away from me but would get back to me ASAP. A few hours later, Jim M. and Joe C. are at my door! 15 minutes later had my well problem diagnosed. They had everything they needed already on their service truck. Pumps, wire and special tools, etc.Old well pump motor and wiring pulled and all new stuff reinstalled way before supper time! Friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable pros... Hard to find Service these days. Thanks again guys. Nice Job.Frank S. Wolcott,CT

This company gets at least 10 stars from me - out of 5 ! They are truly the ultimate in customer service and expertise. Barlow seems to exhibit the old-fashioned philosophy that the customer and quality of work are the most critical aspects of the business. They rearranged some things and worked overtime to help me resolve the water issue I had so my closing could still take place- and all within 2-3 days! An absolutely amazing company and the most wonderful, congenial and knowledgeable employees!

I can’t say enough good things about Barlow and the technicians they send. Recently I had a routine service but I found out that my water tank was leaking.. ( never go down to my basement). I was quoted a fair price, the tank was replaced the same day within a couple of hours.. no drama. They gave a warranty that exceeds the manufacturers warranty in addition. A real person answers the phone which is very nice in this day and age. I highly recommend Barlow for any water pump service and needs you may have. They are honest and capable.

Our well pump stopped working Friday night when my 5 year old was in the middle of his shower! My husband called and left a message and by Saturday morning Pat and Joe C. were at our house diagnosing the problem. They had everything they needed on hand to replace the pump, and they did it professionally and efficiently (all while navigating around the doggy land mines in the backyard...). Pat answered all of my husband's questions about what we needed to do going forward and was able to price out diagnostic testing that my husband inquired about should we need it in the future. Overall, they provided us an exceptional experience that was fast and courteous (as usual with this company) and we couldn't be happier. I recommend Barlow to everyone who will listen :)

Mike S. immediately recognized what was causing my water system problem. He fixed the issue, "fine-tuned" the system, and removed an unused piece of equipment. Fast and efficient. Never realized that a fire in electrical lines could have been the source of my problem. BUT, that was what it was. Did not realize the extent of the damage until repair people arrived. Lucky for me that they got right on the problem. AND, fixed it!!!!!!

Very professional company. They arrived next day, had everything on the truck and completed the job in under 2 hours. Nobody likes to spend that kind of money, but Pat's knowledge of the system and next steps put me at ease. It went as smoothly as I could have hoped, good work.

Our water pump stopped working on Sunday night and when I called Justin called back within a 1/2 hour. We were first on the list Monday morning. Pat and Ben came out and replaced the water pump and wiring and were so professional. Thank you for getting our water running again. Pat and Ben are very knowledgeable and their workmanship was impressive. I will be recommending this company and will be calling with any future issues we may have. Thank you!!

Mike Salvatore from J. H. Barlow Pump and Water Conditioning Co. was awesome, what great service and so knowledgeable. Mike explained everything about what was happening with our old water filtering system so we decided to go on and purchase new water filtering systems from J.H. Barlow Pump and Water Conditioning Company and Mike was the installation technician and we are pleased with his skills and great conversation.

This company is fantastic! Lightening hit my water pump during a storm and Mike came out immediately and fixed it during off hours. He was very helpful and empathetic of my situation. 8:30pm on a Sunday night and my shower water goes dry? Call J.H. Barlow and by 8:30am Monday morning, Justin and his partner were out to my home - changing a control module and installing a new pump. Great team - great company! My entire system is maintained by them and the technicians are always friendly and know their stuff. Highly recommend this company for all of your water treatment needs.
