I chanced upon zenyum and decided to give it a go after much contemplation. No regrets so far! Customer service is good, the dentist I’m under is friendly and caring too! I am now almost halfway through my treatment and I already see some results! Can’t wait for how my teeth will turn out after my last tray

Very pleased with my zenyum journey thus far! Pretty satisfied with the end result. Teeth are visibly straightened with little to no discomfort at all throughout the entire duration. Aligners are comfortable and the app tracking feature really aided in monitoring the progress of my treatment. Team members were really attentive and helpful with my queries as well.
Would definitely recommend this alternative to those who value the convenience of being able to complete the treatment at home without the fuss and frequent dental visits!

I've finished my aligners journey and moving on to the retainers. The overall result was great and good customer service! It does straighthen my teeth, recommend for those who need minor adjustment on their teeth. The aligners are very invisible, then what I expected. I like how they have an app to keep track of our progress. 4 stars as I would appreciate it if they mentioned more details about the retainers at the beginning. But overall, it was a great experience with Zenyum!

Quick process to get my teeth straight and my teeth look exactly like the 3D mock up. So I am very happy. The only thing I’d say is to be aware that once you finish the course you will also have to wear a retainer for up to 3 years at extra cost. This is not made super clear up front (just in the small print). But I’m still happy with the result.

Using Zenyum was easy - customer service and experience was great. I was a lil bit disappointed to find out that when i switch to wearing retainers, it would be for 20 hours per day which is almost similar to wearing the invisible aligners for 3 months. The plus point of wearing the aligners is that i snack less so it helped with me not adding any weight.
Overall, i would still recommend it - it is worth the price and you get used to wearing the aligners.
