I started my zenyum experience 6 months ago and I must admit I am satisfied with the experience. My total expenditure is $3K and my teeth are well aligned. Initially, I faced difficulties due to the discomfort but soon I got used to it. Kudos to Alson and Fizah who answered my questions and helped me. One improvement is the taking of photos using the app, it is still not that user friendly

I am about to finish my Zenyum aligners. The aligners helped to achieve my objective, with an affordable price. There is a limitation to what the aligners can fix though. The customer service is helpful too. Overall it is a pleasant experience.

Done with my aligners journey with Zenyum. They are transparent with the pricing. The aligners are also very comfortable and nicely fitted. Dr Kenji from the clinic has been very professional and friendly and Fizah who has been following up with my progress is really patient and helpful. Overall good experience. The app that is being used might too basic, will be great if there are more features such as FAQs and advice etc.

Have completed my Zenyum course, and I’ll say that they work! My teeth are much straighter now and the continuous changing of aligners also did not bother me much on it! I do feel that they are afterall plastic, so do be gentle with them as I got the softer ones cracked probably as I grind my teeth in my sleep! Nobody knew I was on aligners if I did not tell them. Would definitely recommend these on price points and convenience!
But on a side note, the app could be better for more flexibility as I often have to trouble someone to change my dates.
