No regrets for embarking on the zenyum journey, initially i was a little hesitant to do the procedures but meiru has been very helpful and allaying all my concerns, even getting another of her colleague to speak to me on the journey.
The first 2 or 3 days is probably the toughest as you need to adapt to a new routine, due to the tightness i have a hard time initially. Nur who is my customer service rep is very patient and address all my enquiries. After awhile, you start to get used to it. No pain, no gain.
Now, my teeth has been straightened and it use to be bucked. Another benefit is that it is hardly noticeable and do not have the nuances of metal braces like food stuck on the brace etc. An unintended side benefits is that my teeth also whitens some shades as i can make use of aligner whitening foam to clean the aligner as well as whiten teeth at the same time.
Kudos to the team and also not forgetting dr amanda who is superb and professional dentist , making the procedures a breeze.

Just submitted my order for my Zenyum Invisible Braces and the process thus far has been really smooth! Meiru has been really clear and upfront about the whole procedure and there hasn't been any hidden costs (aside from the initial X-ray and cleaning, which was made known. The Dental team at the clinic at Tanglin Shopping Centre was also very polite and efficient. Am looking forward to my journey ahead!

Currently waiting for my mould to be ready so I can start my zenyum journey but I must say if customer service is one of the things you look out for when engaging a service like me, their customer service is definitely one of their strengths. The CS staff is very prompt in follow up, patient in answering my queries, and providing me with all the information I need. I also appreciate that the CS staff would check in on me after my first dental consultation to make sure that everything is fine and keeping me in the loop of what I can expect next. All these really gives me assurance to start my teeth straightening journey with them! Thank you so much zenyum!
