Visiting from Canada, We stopped in on our last day in Ireland. The shop was beautiful and smelled wonderful. We were greeted by Carol and she was lovely to chat with. She showed us the ring we asked to see and was very informative, the conversation with her was easy! We bought the ring, and Carol was nothing but wonderful through the whole process. Offering a place to get comfortable and some complimentary drinks, she explained the purchase process, insurance and border tax, we felt so good speaking with her.

An incredibly memorable experience choosing our engagement ring.
We were in the market for an engagement ring and visited 3 other leading jewelers in Dublin beforehand - none of them came close to the experience we had at Rocks. We weren’t prioritized at all and left feeling a bit disappointed.
Not at Rocks! We felt so special and not at all rushed in making our decision. We were greeted with prosecco and a nice quiet room where we sat for over an hour trying on different options. We had planned to not even buy today but everything about the experience made it clear that we would be going home with a ring that day.

From living in the Stillorgan area, I know of the wonderful reputation that the Rock family have for their professionalism and wonderful service they provide. So when my engagement ring broke, I trusted them 100% to look after it for me.
I made an appointment to call into their Grafton street branch. I was greeted so warmly by Sabrina that I instantly felt like I had known her years! After being in her company for an hour, I was blown away by her professionalism, warmth and knowledge. I left her company, wishing we were friends!
Michael made me the most beautiful ring, his attention to detail and love for his craft is so evident.
