From day one to collecting the engagement ring, Eimear and team were very helpful, working around my schedule when plans changed, holding the ring until I was ready to pick up. She very quickly put me at ease with making a decision on which ring type was best and I look forward to the next visit in the near future.

We collected our ring today from Carol and she couldn't have been more helpful. From the outset she took on board what I liked and didn't like and gave us options for clarity, band and price. It was an easy decision and we were delighted to get the ring today quicker than we expected. The service provided today on collection was second to none and Carol took the time to explain everything to us. We bought an engagement ring in Rocks and Nicola was so helpful from start to finish. She presented lots of beautiful options, really listened to us when it came to budget and didn’t apply any pressure when we were trying to decide between the ring we ended up going with went versus one from another jeweller. I can honestly say that the service that is provided by Rocks went above and beyond any expectations that I had. Would highly recommend Rocks, in particular Nicola. I went in with my fiancé to look at engagement rings for the first time , and Nicola was amazing. She gave us so much time, went through a variety of styles that best suited me, went through each detail in great depth, suggested trying on the rings with bands , and gave me ample time to consider choosing the right ring. Nicola left no stone unturned. Couldn’t recommend her and Rocks enough! Thanks again , I adore my ring.

Staff there are very obliging. I recently Ieft in a very slow running automatic diving watch to be regulated. I was charged €25. I needed a few more visits as I messed with it subsequently and bent the hairspring and Robbie, the watchmaker then straightened the hairspring for free. I then bought a new NH35 Automatic movement online and Robbie, who is renowned for his skill, fitted it in and regulated my watch all for €20. Watch is now running /- one second per day making me a very happy satisfied customer.
