We just walked into the Grafton St. shop without an appointment and they were able to accomodate us without any hassle (we didn't realise we could book). Maria was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, patient and was also good craic! She helped us with all of our questions and within half an hour we had chosen our wedding rings. We are so glad that we chanced popping in to the store while strolling through town!

Called in to ROCKS in Stillorgan late yesterday afternoon to discuss a watch repair with Robbie, where the date window surround on my NH35A watch face had come off. I pointed out that I was reluctant to try the repair myself for fear I might damage the movement; crown stem or the hands. Robbie said: "Leave it with me and I'll do it today and put the ticket in your pocket and it'll be here for you tomorrow". It duly was! After collecting same I tested the timing on my watch accuracy meter and the resultant reading was showing it running 5 seconds/day fast which is astounding accuracy for an NH35A movement watch!

We had a great experience with Nicola who helped us pick my engagement ring. I was so undecided and she made it feel so easy and had loads of tips and tricks too to help with the decision. It was such a special day for us. Even got to pop some bubbly after we found the one. Would highly recommend Rocks to anyone looking and have since recommended to a friend who has also purchased their ring from Rocks and has also been raving about her experience. We will definitely be back when choosing our wedding bands! - 10/10!!

I can’t recommend Rocks enough for all of their help and advice when choosing the perfect engagement ring. Eimear was super friendly and extremely helpful and she really made the experience even more lovely. Even with only a few ideas to work from Eimear was able to find us the perfect ring when I didn’t even know what I wanted myself. There was no pressure at all just lots of advice and information which made for the perfect experience. Thanks again Eimear. If anyone is thinking of booking an appointment at Rocks don’t hesitate - you won’t regret it!
