We had the most amazing experience buying our engagement rings in Rocks. We were looked after so well by Maria who made sure we had such a lovely time while also being so helpful, informative and patient while we decided which ring to pick. I can’t recommend it more, it really was a 10/10 experience!!

Just want to say a big thank you to the amazing team at Rocks Jewellers for helping me pick my engagement ring from the moment I dealt with Sabrina it has been a dream. I had two visits with Sabrina, where she shared her expertise on all the gorgeous engagement rings, I then had a final visit with my Fiancé where we had the pleasure of dealing with Nicola which we confirmed the ring together. Can’t recommend Rocks Jewellers enough the service from the minute I walked in has been amazing.

Myself and my partner were recommended Rocks Jewellers by my sister in law and honestly we could be happier. From the moment we walked into the shop to the moment we left was just magic. We were dealing with the lovely Nicola who went above and beyond for us. It is such a special experience and she really did it all for us. We gave her our budget and we found she was completely honest and thorough with us throughout the whole process regardless of the prices of the rings we tried on. We picked our ring and it was sized and ready for collection the same day. Honestly if you’re thinking of going here for an engagement ring we couldn’t recommend it more. 10/10 all round.

We had such a wonderful experience with Ines at Rocks!! From the moment we walked in, Ines made us feel so welcome and we never felt rushed during the process.
We ended up finding the perfect engagement ring, and it’s even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The whole experience felt really personal and special.
They needed to resize the band and shave it down for a perfect fit - it was ready to collect within 2 days, which was amazing!

From our very first appointment, we had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Jean, who was incredibly informative, helpful, kind, and genuinely excited for us. Together we designed my dream ring, and Jean truly went above and beyond to make it happen for us.
We were also lucky enough to visit the workshop and personally thank the talented Ian, whose craftsmanship brought our vision to life. Every staff member we encountered along the way was warm, kind, and made the entire experience unforgettable.

An absolutely fantastic experience in Rocks with Ines. She helped me to pick a beautiful ring for my now Fiancée for my proposal in Greece. We had such a fantastic experience with Nicola while looking for my fiancée’s wedding ring. From the moment we met her, she struck the perfect balance between being highly professional and genuinely personal. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, asking thoughtful questions and listening closely to our preferences.
What stood out most was how Nicola paid attention to my fiancée’s personal style and existing jewellery. She instinctively picked out a ring that was absolutely perfect, something unique and a little different, and not what we would have thought to look for ourselves, but it suited her so well. It felt like she just understood us.

Brilliant experience! From the moment I entered to when I left. The staff are professional & knowledgeable with an emphasis on customer experience.
