She made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met, she listened to what I was looking for & she took her time with me showing me lots of different styles & options. If you are looking for excellent quality jewellery & the best service, Marie is the best.

Purchased our wedding bands here, had such a great experience from start to finish. Cathy was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! We were able to try on different sizes and designs. Free resizing and aftercare is also a big bonus as not everywhere includes this in the price. I was in between width sizes and Cathy gave some great advice.

Marie especially has been absolutely amazing; from my fiance picking out my engagement ring, resizing it for me, and then us going together to look and choose wedding rings, she made the whole experience wonderful. Today myself and my Fiancé where shopping around for an engagement ring as I’ve already proposed with a token ring. We went into ROCKS and the service was unmatched. Nicola and the gang were amazing. They have definitely been the best and most hospitable group of people in the game. Nicola’s knowledge for diamonds, gold and style of ring was excellent and extremely helpful in how we made our decision. Any jewellers we visited has said that the time frame for a ring to be resized would take 1-2 weeks. This was not the case in ROCKS. Nicola had our ring taken down 10 sizes in just 1 hour , ONE HOUR.!!! we couldn’t believe it and the finished ring was absolutely flawless. A special thanks to Nicola and the Goldsmith for all of their hard work and for making everything so easy and spending the time to explain all of our options. We’ll never forget this day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked an appointment at Rocks to get an engagement ring and dealt with Nicola. The whole experience from start to finish with Nicola was delightful! I had a few images of rings I liked online and Nicola carefully selected similar style rings and helped me narrowed down my choices by listening to what I liked and disliked about each ring. Eventually we narrowed it down to my ring and I absolutely love it! Would 100% recommend Rocks and Nicola to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

My Fiance and I went to many shops in the city center looking for Engagement Rings, and no experience was better than the one we had in Rocks.
We were looked after by Emer and from the moment we started our discussion, we were blown away by her friendliness, patience and service. She worked with my Fiance and showed her many rings, of varying carats and band types and never made us feel like we were being rushed out like we felt at some other jewelers.
Seriously, do not sleep on this place, our experience was incredible.
