We had a fantastic experience with Rocks. The staff across their locations in Stillorgan and Grafton Street were great and enabled us to find the perfect ring for us. Jean was our attendant and she was very informative, provided great advice and was very warm and friendly throughout. We couldn't have asked for better customer service... I guess you could say Jean ROCKS!

What a fabulous experience! Jean was extremely helpful, professional and made us both feel so at ease. Absolutely brilliant. Bought an engagement ring on Wednesday. Was dealing with Jean. Can't say enough good things. So friendly and beyond helpful. Today went back and got the ring resized. Again the staff were brilliant. I cannot recommend Rocks Jewellers enough.

Judith was so amazing at helping my partner choose an engagement ring for me. They even got the size perfect! Judith was also so helpful after I got the ring by telling me about how to care for it & all the services that Rocks offer with cleaning & serving it to make sure the diamond is secure. I would definitely recommend Judith to anyone. She was very patient with all my questions & eased all my anxiety around wearing such a fab piece everyday like about how to insure it & when to resize it if I needed. She was amazing

I came across Rocks online while shopping for an engagement ring for my partner. The engagement was a surprise and I was nervous picking the ring as my partner had always said she trusted me to pick the right one, no pre ring here.
The collection Rocks have is second to none, great styles and top class quality. But what really make makes this jewellers special is their amazing staff.
Enter Carol who helped me through the process. Her down to earth rock soild advice really did help me pick the perfect ring. Can't be more thankfully and I couldn't recommend Rocks more highly. We will be back to Carol for our wedding ring soon hopefully.
